Note : The rate quoted is inclusive for the following :- (i) (a) Attending minor repairs/breakdowns without involving any new (major) materials. (b) Cost includes the tools for attending break down and minor materials like lugs and PVC tapes, Job Cards and Complaint registers etc. (c) Major repairs, Break downs involving S&F of materials such as cables, Joints, MCCBs etc are out side the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid separately.

(ii) Contractor should ensure to carry out the work through qualified Technician/Electrician and assisted by the helper.
