Contract for setting up and operation of Tea stall GMU-130 on platform No.4 on the passage 3&4 from MMTS B.O at Hyderabad railway station

The licensee fee quoted by the H1 bidder (successful bidder) and accepted by the Railways will be the license fee to be paid by the licensee in the First Three (3) years (and with 10% escalation in fourth year & fifth year will remain same as fourth year).The License fee will be a fixed amount (same amount for all 3 years) for the first three years and in the fourth year it will be enhanced by 10%. License fee for the fourth and fifth year will remain same. In other words, the License fee of the fifth year will be same as that of the fourth year. There will be no other increase in the License Fees during the tenure of contract (including in case of revision in menu and tariff), other than this increase of 10% in the fourth year.
