Main Event: SABV BG arena (To be confirmed from RFO SABVBG, Visapur on site)
Other Activities: Visit of the Chief Guest inside the botanical garden
Live screen/digital banners with virtual venue setting in multiple locations in Chandrapur and Nagpur
Logistics support
Provide support for implementation, logistics, branding, citizen connect campaigns, documentation of these themed events in a holistic manner at the ceremony
Create an itinerary for whole duration of contract period
Make adequate arrangements for lights/sound/AV required for the main stage area
Design the look and feel of the inauguration ground, suggest a theme, and decorate the area to give required grandeur
Fabricate and Produce the Decoration/sets/stages etc required at the arena in tandem with the design presented
Arrangement for Parking of VVIPS
Maintain hygiene during the course of the event
Design and install the event branding in the event arena
EMA shall arrange all facilities, amenities, and other required support infrastructure for execution of the project. After completion of the project, EMA shall dismantle and remove all temporary infrastructure at the site
EMA shall execute the project maintaining the locational aesthetics, safety and a consistent theme, under approved terms as specified in the RFP to be processed in stage two
EMA shall comply with the applicable standards of fire safety and install adequate fire handling equipment. The EMA shall obtain Fire Safety Certificate from the competent authority and share a copy of the same with SABV BG Society.
EMA shall setup and manage temporary structures (Stage, Stalls, media centre, reception area etc.) as applicable for interior and exterior furnishing, as necessary and in conformity & approval of the authority in compliance with Bill of Quantity as shall be specified in the RFP
EMA shall execute the project maintaining the locational aesthetics, safety and a consistent theme, under approved terms as shall be specified in the RFP and in consultation with the Authority
EMA shall deploy CCTV(s) at all venues of various events for 24X7 surveillance and take preventive measures to ensure and staff safety and any other form of theft
