Dismantling of existing Brick work, existing Flooring and Scraping of Cement Plaster and removing of waste material from the site of work dismantling/ Dismembering existing False Ceiling, Aluminium Partition and stacking all Dismantled material by manual labour 50 mtr. away from site.

Providing and Fixing lightweight wall panels AAC Reinforced Panels of 75 mm thickness, 600 mm width, and length up to 3000 mm (in 100 mm intervals) with tongue and groove edges and minimum 2 steel reinforcement bars per panel. The Panels have properties of dry density 550–650 kg/m³, working density 600–700 kg/m³, weight 53 kg/m² (75 mm) and 70 kg/m² (100 mm), compressive strength ≥4.2 N/mm²,reinforcement steel tensile strength ≥500 N/mm², wind load resistance up to 180 kg/m², water absorption <33%, fire resistance 2.5 hours (75 mm) and 4 hours (100 mm), thermal conductivity 0.16 W/m•K, and STC rating 38–43 dB (100 mm panel). Installation shall include panel alignment, fixing to structural elements, joint mortar, mechanical connectors, joint reinforcement where required, cutting around openings, and finishing of joints ready for surface finishing. Providing and laying Laminate wooden flooring (Grade AC4 or AC4 plus laminates) 6 mm to 12 mm thick, having a good backing layer made up of plastic laminate or melamine, core made up of medium-density fiberboard (MDF),which is less resistant to impact damage and less resistant to being dented by heavy furniture, having a décor layer to give each floor its appearance and consisting of one or more sheets of paper impregnated with melamine resin and top wear layer having clear aluminum oxide finish that protects the decorative layer and imparts the desired level of sheen, from full gloss to low gloss, duly fixed to the base floor using adhesive as approved by the manufacturer. Providing and laying full body vitrified tile in floor of minimum thickness 15 mm with water absorption less than 0.06% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, brand and manufacturer, laid on 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.30 kg / sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The slab must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of slab will be done with the help of notch trowel, wedge, clips of required thickness, vacuum cups for lifting, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the slab gently and easily.
