Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil including cleaning/clearing all shurbs, roots, saplings and wild vegetation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) by weight of total mix as in semidence asphalic concrete rolled and compacted to reqd camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item Nos. 03 & 04 :(i) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20.B.2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (ii) Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 45/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula. (iii) Design Mix for bituminous macadam shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for applying road marking (thermoplastic) Painting lines, dashes, arrows etc on roads surface as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved quality laid at 1600 c with special applicator machine complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling bricks (laid dry, flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair continuous brick edging using burnt clay bricks of sub class B old size bricks; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashler facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B’ bricks, straight on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or cocrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated brick, stone, concrete, asbestos sheet, plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Plain Cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded agregate as in copings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated brick, stone, concrete, asbestos sheet, plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width not otherwise described applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming paints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for PVC (SRW) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floor 110 mm bore. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.
