Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power ) complete fitting such as switches , ceiling rose pendent , regulators , sockets light fitting etc to be measured separately) removing material from site and making good disturbed surface of wall floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 volts grade drawn in and including PVC casing & capping of suitable size including all accessiries fixed to wall/ceiling including PVC closed recessed boxes ISI marked with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover as per manufacturer's design for mounting of switches, sockets or regulators etc including 1.50 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLSH 1100 volts grade single core as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for following:-

One light /fan point controlled by one switch.

One bell /buzzer point controlled by one buzzer switch.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on same board with other switches.

One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on indpendent board

Ditto all as per item No.2 above but with 2.50 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor cable for 15 Amp socket outlet point on independent board.

Labour only for detecting faults in internal wiring/LT distribution system in OTM accn under AGE charduar(sonaipam,thakurbari,phulbari,charduar,amaribari) and rectifiying the defects for restoring supply including taking down of old unserviciable defective electrical accessories in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

Items required to replace at site after detecting fault shall be measured and paid separately under respective items hereinafter from 35.00 to 57.00 as supply only

Essential material like, insulation tape,screws and all tools required for carrying out the works and insutruments to the defect fault shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate

The work is of day to day maintenace, required Electricians has to be present daily to carryout the above work.

Complaints in writing or telephonically pertaining to internal wiring/LT distribution system shall be collected from concern JE at AGE Charduar office for various areas under AGE Charduar in writing or telephonically during the hours as fixed by the Engr-in-Charge and detecting faults in internal wiring/LT distribution system in any area under AGE Charduar and rectify the fault to restore the elect supply in all respect and upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and depositing the complaint slip to concern JE on same day duly singned by the concern user/complainant.

Consisting of minimum Three shift (01xSkilled Electricion) along with necessary T&P to attend emergency breakdown repairs on any day and time during the currency of contract (including Sundays and holidays 24x7 on any circumstance) as directed. Contractor may be asked to deploy more electricians and helpers to rectify the breakdown within barest minimum time and nothing extra is admissible on this account even extra man power is deployed to rectify the fault irespective of time and situation.

The Electricians/Helpers deployed shall have requsite experience of working on Live LT lines/wiring of various circuits.

(vii) The contractor shall be solely responsible for any accident or mishap due to any uncertain reason and no compensation in this regard shall be paid by the department for reason whatsoever.

(viii) Contractor shall be bound to follow the instructions as asked by the concern unit and he himself shall be responsible for any lapses in security/information in national interest.
