Earthwork in excavation of canal by Mechanical means in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, loam clay mud, stiff and hard clay, hard red earth, shale, stoney earth, gravel, moorum interspread with boulder upto 1/2 cum volume, including trimming the slopes and bed to proper profile and transporting useful excavated materials by mechanical means and laying on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface of bank of canal in filling section and spreading the earth in 22.5 cm thick to receive compaction if required useful excavated material for reuse afterward as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and unuseful soil in spoil bank as required with all leads, lifts, delifts, loading and unloading including cost component and maintenance of coffer dam, diversion arrangement, dewatering and removal of the same after completion of the work including the cost of tools and plants, all materials, all taxes, labour cess, but excluding GST with mobilization and demobilization maintenance charges with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section only)

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess but excluding GST etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying granular sub-base with stone screened dust in layers not exceeding 22.5Cm watering and compacting to the required density at O.M.C condition by Vibratory Roller with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials, labours, T&P sundries including hire and running chargesof V.R.R and all other mechineries complete as per Specification and direction of Engineering-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size and down graded black hard granite crusher broken metal chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess but excluding GST including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth centring, shuttering for RCC works including false works and dismantling the same after minimum 21 days of casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess but excluding GST etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work excavation in approved type of soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means and loading in to transportation vehicle and transportation of earth by mechanical means and unloading the earth over the approved surface of the embankment in proper profiles with all leads, lifts, delifts including rough dressing and breaking the clods in to 5 cm to 7 cm size including removal of all foreign materials, debrises, grass, bushes, vegetations, shrubs, roots from transported earth including laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including watering and compaction with OMC condition with all type of compacting equipments upto 95% dry density for all heights including construction and maintenance of haul road, cost of hire & running charges of all machineries, cost of fuel, lubricants, cost of labour, carriage, royalty, cess but excluding GST etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.(Measurement will be taken on finished compacted level section only and earth to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost and responsibility)

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade and approved make, design, variety colour and size made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved design and shape, laid in required colour and pattern on road surface including fillingthe interstices with sand cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P but excluding GST etc. complete.IRC SP-63:2018 as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated earth by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess but excluding GST all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction construction & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision), including all cost, hire and running charges of machinaries T & P tools, labour, carriage, royalty, cess & taxes but excluding GST etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting to 150mm thickness graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the materials(as per table-400-II) with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess but excluding GST including labours and hire charges required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess but excluding GST and taxes of all materials including labours and hire charges required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bituminous emulsion (60/70) penetration grade using the emulsion pressure distributer @ 0.20 Kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned properly with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT & H Specification for Road & Bridge work (4th revision) with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, cess but excluding GST etc. including labours and hire charges required for the work, hire and running charges of machineries etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridgeworks (4th revision) including cost conveyance royalty and cess but excluding GST of all materials and hire charges of machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing laying Semi dense Bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridgeworks (4th revision) including cost conveyance royalty and cess but excluding GST hire charges of machineries etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.
