Excavation in ordinary soil/mixed soil i.e. clay mixed with moorum, kankar, pebbles / silt dry or moist / slushy silt / sticky soil for WDS / WHS / RESERVOIR / SFMIS etc with hydraulic excavator or any other means including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to embankment!disposal site within all lifts and lead upto 1000m including spreading, levelling disposed spoils at disposed area.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Sand filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water, ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand.

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming & dressing beds to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Hire and labour charges for shoring work (including necessary close plank walling, framing, Eucalyptus/Jhou bulla piling, strutting etc.) complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge for foundation excavation (vertical surface area in contact with supported earth is to be measured.) This item should be executed on specific direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.) a) Depth upto 1.5 metre

(b) For additional depth beyond 1.5 m. and upto 3.00 m

(i) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm. size) excluding shuttering. In ground floor and foundation. A) Pakur Varirty (a) 1:3:6 proportion.

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 3 :1.5 :1) with graded stone chips (20 mm.nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor, as per relevant IS code. a) Pakur

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (upto roof of ground floor)(When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m. the equivalent floor ht. shall be taken as 4 m. and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m. ht. shall be allowed under 12(e) for every 4 m. or part thereof.)Extra for works beond the roof of ground floor per additional floor. (i) Upto and inclusive 4 th. (per floor) and in basement.(2nd.F)(b) Above 30mm. & upto / 37 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups,binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape,placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor / upto 4m.
