Taking down old existing roof treatment like tarfelt including plaster of any type and course from roof surface including adjoining parapets and removing the materials to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr including roughening old concrete surface by tucking and rubbing with wire brushes and cleaning the surfaces with water to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrance finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L water proofing treatment t to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising of the following courses of treatment/specified from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer@ 0.40 Ltr per Sqm. over plastered surface of roof including parapets surfaces. bituminous primer shall be 'Tar Mastic' manufactured by M/S STP LTD or 'EMW FLATE' manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd. (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer of APP based polymeric membrance of approved manufacturer, 4 mm thick of weight not less than 4.00Kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fabric weight not less than 160 gms per Sqm. Polymeric members shall be taken to height of flashing. (c) Application of two coat of bituminous aluminium paint over the polymeric membrane after necessary preparation and cleaning. Note :- (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrance shall be done by torching of method or as per manufacturers Instructions. (ii) A minimum over lap of 100mm shall be made at the end and 75 mm shall be made at side of the polymeric membrance respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per Manufacturers Instructions (iii) APP based polymeric membrance shall be "SUPER THERMOLAY" manufactured by M/S STPLTD or MOPLY FP manufactured by M/S Texsa India Ltd.

S&F 500 liters capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank ISI marked multilayer (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted an fixed in position including dismantling old one and provn of all necessary fitting complete.

S&F of ball valves 20mm bore dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic valve ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight - 210gms).

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on brick surfaces of other than fair face even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in two layers of 10mm thick each finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound in finishing top layer as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quantity ISI Marked

M&L rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in celling finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint(weather coat) over new plastered surfaces of facia, roof protection, chajja etc including necessary preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) , and removing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of joint free non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed for laying floor finishes in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 6-7mm, thick as in vertical faces/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1.3) as in vertical surfaces / dados all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring mirror finished 18-20mm thick (each slab not less than 0.25 sqm) over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade or the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut `kota stone in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar mirror finished 18-20 mm thick over cement base rendering laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 10mm thick plaster cement mortar 1:3 including demolition of existing dado, skirting etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring finishing concrete surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection. Pavement etc and finished the surface even and fair with out using extra cement laid in bays complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking down chowkat/frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc 1.5sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour pvc sheet reinforced with mild steel square tubes in opening complete all as specified and as directed

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour pvc sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour pvc sheet to be fitted in the ms frame complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutter factory. made open revated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc with plain chamfered or rounded complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tack or galvanized wire staple including all cutting, wastage etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring for one light, socket or power etc incl all fittings such as switches sockets, holders, light fittings, fan regulators etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall ceiling complete.

Supply & fix of Exhaust fans AC single phase 230 Volt of size 300 mm sweep with louver with and including opening of the wall, should be 25mm more than the sweep diameter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made sheet metal box made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet of size not less than 600 X 900 X 200 mm with double door hinged shutter and locking arrangement for fixing DBs,MCBs, KWH Meter etc flashed / grouting on wall incl painting with two coated of powder coated paint over a coat of red oxide primer with suitable glass vision panel of each meters shall be provided in the door to easy meters reading and provide all electrical connections, including taking down the old one complete all as specified & directed.
