Dismantling tile work with any thickness in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 300x300mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetr) in size (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % (zero point zero eight percent) and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per squaremetre) including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etcetera complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetr) (thickness to specified by the manufacturer) of first quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as white, lovery, gray, fume red brown, laid on 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 ( one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with gray cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per squaremetre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etcetera complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement: two coarse sand :four graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size ) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, in all works up to all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm (twelve millimetre) to 20 mm (twenty millimetre) in patches of area 2.5 sqm. (two point five squaremeters) and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand), including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing second class teak wood work of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimetre) thick second class teak wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clearstory windows including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,all complete (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 100x10mm (one hundred into ten millimetre) aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10(ten) as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etcetera complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 125mm (one hundred twenty five millimetre) aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10(ten) as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, necessary screws etcetera complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
