2.6.1- Earth Work Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and surplus ecxcavated as directed with in a lead of 50 m. All Kind of Soil.

4.1.8 - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand: 8 grades stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

4.2.3 - Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, coloumns , piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing corses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

4.1.6 - Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 grades stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

60.7.1 - Dry Rubble Masonry - Dry Rubble without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site

5.22.6 - Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

4.3.2 - Centering & Shuttering including Strutting, Propping etc. and removal of form work of Retaining walls, return walls (Any Thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

13.1.1 - 12mm Cement Plaster of mix 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 Fine Sand)

13.33.1 - Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) Flush or Ruled Pointing

10.26.3 - Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approves steel primer . G.I Pipes

8.2.2.2 - Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity courters, window sills, laches and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Coarse sand) joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.
