SH - I (SITC of of 2 * 200 TR Screw Type Air cooled chiller) Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Screw Type air cooled chilling unit (with VFD / VSD) of 200 TR (minimum actual capacity) with Twin compressor complete in accordance with AHRI / Eurovent with all aspect. The chilled water inlet / outlet temperature of 54 / 44 Deg. F respectively with chilled water circulation rate of 480 USGPM & fouling factor 0.0005 FPS and suitable for operation on refrigerant for screw / centrifugal type machine, Chiller should be ECBC + 2017 compliant. First chiller shall be factory tested as AHRI & Tender Conditions at 100%, 75%, 50% and 25% load. Following accessories, items or services shall also be part of chiller. a) 1 Set - hermatic/ semi hermatic Helical Rotary twin Screw / Centrifugal compressors & twin circuit with automatic capacity control, safety switches, speed increasing gears, forced feed lubrication system etc. as per specifications. The unit shall be designed to unload up to 25% at constant condensor entering temperature.
b) 1 No. Suitable capacity squirrel cage induction motor with class "F" insulation suitable for operation on the 415+- 10% volts, 50 HZ , AC supply. c) 1 No. Unit mounted / free standing VFD / VSD starter (IP 42) suitable for compressor motor complete with active harmonic filter displaying THD and to limit THDI upto 5% at equipment level, ammeter with CTs, over load protection, under voltage protection, protection against phase reversal & independent single phase preventers etc. complete as required. Cable termination adaptor box for AI/Cu cables (if reqd).Necessary Drive arrangement d) 1 Set lubrication device consisting of automatic electric oil pump cooler, head tank, oil strainer, automatic pressure regulating valve, oil heater thermal switch , etc. as per manufacturer standards. e) 1 No. matching in accordance with ASME / PED /GB / BIS Air cooled Copper Tube-Aluminum fins type condenser. f) 1 No. matching in accordance with ASME / PED / GB / BIS shell and tube flooded type chiller for screw units of MS shell and copper tubes. g) 1 No. lot refrigerant piping fittings including valves as required and accessories to interconnect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve.
h) 1 set - BMS compatible microprocessor based control panel with coloured graphical display complete with accessories as per specification. Card for BMS integration to be provided along with chiller. i)1 Lot - refrigerant line accessories comprising of safety valves, angle valves, liquid rubber insulation complete as required from factory. j)1 Lot- suction line and chiller insulation with minimum 19mm thick elastomeric and motor with base plate complete with anti vibration pads including PCC / RCC foundation as per OEM recommendation. k) 1 LOT - initial / first charge of refrigerant gas and compressor oil duly charged.
All necessary hardware and necessary software shall be in scope of agency. But final responsibility of chiller shall be of chiller manufacturer. Chiller :- 200 TR Chilled water in:- 54 F Chilled water in:- 44 F Chilled water Flow:- 480 USGPM Fouling factor :- 0.0005 FPS Maximum pressure drop in chiller : 8 M wg COP at AHRI condition - 3.2 (Min) to be as per ECBC + Guidelines IPLV of the Chiller shall not exceed 0.7 ikW/TR NPLV <= 0.67 at Site Conditions ( Max)
Note 1 All performance parameters like KW/TR, COP, IPLV & NPLV etc shall be inclusive of all losses of VFD / VSD & Active Harmonic Filter etc. 2. The price quoted shall include pre shipping inspection / testing at the works of the manufacturer, Freight, Insurance, clearance, loading / unloading, Installation, testing and commissioning etc. as required complete with foundation, leveling of machines,Minor Piping work and installations as per manufacturer’s recommended and approved vibration isolators, testing of all safeties and interlocks, summer and monsoon season tests, etc. 3. The system shall be compatible with Existing chiller system.
Dismantling of existing 200 TR screw type chiller units, foundation and associated accessories, including shifting the same from the HVAC plant location to dismantle items store located not more than 200 metres away.
SH - II (CAMC of 2 * 200 TR Screw Type Air cooled chiller) CAMC after compelition of defect libility period (DLP) of Two years.
