Amount

(1) Daily dusting, cleaning and sweeping and mopping(on smooth surface )and washing with phenyl mix water as per requirement of different premises area of various substations such as complete control room building consisting ACDB room, Battery Bank room, control room, Lab, conference room, pantry, veranda and corridor, office, colony roads ,switch yards roads ,drainage naalies, store and Gaurd room as per direction of Junior Engineer for a period of approximately 12 months excluding cost of consumable and cleaning tools. complete in all respect. (2) Daily cleaning and sweeping and washing of all toilets and other sanitary items including washbasins and with proper arrangement of napthalene balls in toilets/commode, including spraying of disinfectants etc , disposal of the waste material/ garbage outside to concerned substation and colony premises at suitable place as per direction of Junior Engineer for a period of approximately 12 months excluding cost of consumable and cleaning tools.
