Excavation in dumped stones or malba including stacking of serviceable and unserviceable material separately and disposal of unserviceable material, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, disposed material to be neatly dressed.

Supply and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supply and stacking at site dump farmyard manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supply and laying of Neelgiri / Mexican grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness and ground preparation with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and then rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering with sprinkler and proper maintenance for till the grass establish properly, as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Cycus revoluta specimen, having 30 to 40 with fresh and healthy, leaves having 25cm to 30cm circumference of base stem well developed, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Furcaria Variegated hybrid well developed with fresh & healthy foliage 20 and above attractive leaves, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Foxtail palm well developed with fresh & healthy foliage of ht. 210 to 240 cm pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Clerodendran inerme of ht. 20 cm to 30 cm multi branched, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Galphimia gluaca 20-30cm height, bushy and without any pest and disease infection, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Royal palms well developed - 210-240cm ht and Shade Trees -150-165cm height, bushy and free from pest and diseases, pit excavation and planting staking complete

Supply and planting of Eugenia campanulatum of ht. 20 cm to 30 cm multi branched, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Ficus multi head plant of ht. 3-5 feet and 3-5 multi branched ball type trimmed, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Hemelia patens 20-30cm height, bushy and without any pest and disease infection, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of Terminalia mentalis of height 7-8 feet. in big poly bags of size 25 cm pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and planting of golden bamboo plants of ht. 7-8 feet and 15X16 bag size, pit excavation and planting staking complete as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of common bricks for brick edging size 4x3x9 inches laid dry length wise, including required excavation, refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading surplus earth neatly within a lead of 50 m and terragota colour painting.

Supply and installation of cement rings with inner diameter of 75cm, inner wall height 80 mm outer wall height 30mm and total wall width 80 mm including installation, area cleaning complete.

Complete maintenance of the entire garden features in the newly laid garden area like Lawn, Trees, Shrubs, Hedges, Flower beds Foliage plants, Creepers and other water bodies etc. Work including hoeing, weeding, pruning, training, replacement of plants, gap filling watering, mowing of lawn, grass side cutting manually or by using brush cutter, removal of garden waste, making ring basins and correction of ring basins, bush cutting, spraying of insecticide, pesticide & fungicide, application of fertilizers and providing other small tools and tackles required for this maintenance. (Lawn mower, sprayer & brush cutter shall be provided by the department) Contractor shall provide minimum ONE MALE GARDENER PER DAY, except Sunday and public holidays for this maintenance work.

Notes For Item No. 4: Turfing method of Carpet grass: The existing ground soil should be removed up to the depth of 30cm and filled with red soil mixture and prepared with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and then rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light watering with sprinkler, the cost including watering at the time of planting complete.

Notes For Item No. 8,9,11&13: Planting method of Clerodendran /Galphimia gluaca /Eugenia campanulatum /Hemelia patens: 30cmx30cmx30cm pit should be made and filled with redsoil and manure in the the ratio of 3:1. the cost including forming ring basin and watering at the time of planting complete.

Notes For Item No. 5,6& 12: Planting method of Cycus revoluta/ Furcaria variegated/ Ficus multi head: 45cmx45cmx45 cm pit should be made and filled with red soil and manure in the ratio of 3:1. the cost including forming ring basin and watering at the time of planting complete.

Notes For Item No. 7,10,14&15: Planting of Avenue Trees/ Specimen Trees and Palms as per Specification. Planting method : 75cmx75cmx75cm pit should be made and filled with red soil and manure in the ratio of 2:1. the cost including forming ring basin and watering at the time of planting complete.

PAYMENT FOR ITEM NO: 18 For Item No.18, payment will be made once in two months (bi-monthly payment) on submission of the bill.
