Repairs, comprehensive and preventive maintenance B & C Checks of DG set of any make of 250 KVA capacity which include replacement of diesel filter,oil filter, rubber hose pipe, oil pipe, diesel pipe, repair kit, burnt oil part etc. and tightening of nuts bolts, washers greasing etc and including necessary important parts replace as suggestion of OEM for proper successfully running of DG Set all as directed.

Dismantling of DG set of 125 capacity and any make from foundation and transportaion of Engine and alternator to work shop for complete servicing and repairs, dismantling the engine complete by taking out radiator, pump assembly, casing top cover, head assembly, piston, crank shaft oil tank, filters, hose pipes, fuel pipe, fuel pump assembly exhaust,replacement of all fuel and lube filters etc for complete repairing/servicing of engine and repair/ replacement of unserviceable./ wornout parts, complete cleaning, greasing, and serviceing of all the parts of DG set and the after repairs reassembling the complete engine for proper functioning, transportation of engine back to its original position connecting with the DG set alternators and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Supply only (Except Fuel and Lube filters) of new items required for replacment will be measured and paid for separately (ii) Rate quoted by the tender includes for the cost of small parts such as washers, nuts, bolts etc and repairs such as reboring of cylinders head oil cooler serviceing, connecting rod grinding, cylinder head repowering ,sevicing of nozzles etc as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for overhauling and Calibration of Fuel injection Pump upto capacity of 125 KVA at civil workshop by replacing the worn-out parts by new parts such as FIP element, Delivery vale, Roller Ring, Oil Seal Injector, Nozzle, nuts bolts, washer, seals etc including new item required to successfully running fuel injection pump as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge

M & L for overhauling and Calibration of Fuel injection Pump capacity of 200 to 250 KVA at civil workshop by replacing the worn-out parts by new parts such as FIP element, Delivery vale, Roller Ring, Oil Seal Injector, Nozzle, nuts bolts, washer, seals etc including new item required to successfully running fuel injection pump as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Maintenance free battery up to 100 AH,12 Volt Complete all as specified and as directed. Make :-Exide or equivalent as approved by AGE [I]

Supply only Maintenance free battery 101 to 180 AH,12 Volt Complete all as specified and as directed. Make :-Exide or equivalent as approved by AGE [I]

M&L for taking out Radiator of DG set upto 62.5 KVA for repair to civil workshop including traportation cleaning, servicing,welding,brazing,leak testing& re-assembling to DG set to its original location complete all as specified and as directed.

Dis-connecting the Alternator of DG Set of capacity 62.5 KVA from the system i.e. detaching from diesel Engine, removing electrical connections, etc., taking out from the face, transporting to workshop for repairs, dismantling the same, taking out the burnt-out stator, re-winding the same with suitable guage of super enamelled copper wire including providing insulating materials,varnishing, heating and replacing the worn out parts, re-assembling, re-fixing at site and connecting with the system, testing to the full satisfaction of Enginner-in-Charge.

M & L for repairing of economiser assembly complete of DG Set capacity upto 125 KVA by brazing/welding,cleaning of Fins lighting locks, replacement of flexible coupling and ensuring the leak proof and refixing entire systems leakproof complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out the old rusted silencer in between exhaust pipe, engine & providing new low noise silencer (Residential Type) & fixed with gasket nuts bolts washer asbestos rope all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for Capacity upto 125 KVA DG Sets .

M&L for repairing of acoustic enclosure Doors of DG Set capacity up to 250 KVA with the help Hinges including replace of acoustic insulation, locking arrangement with 02 Nos key of complete doors and painting internally and externally with best quality enamelled paint two coats over the redoxide primer of existing enclosure colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables ( heavy duty ) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core on wall/trench/duct with saddling/laying in trenches/duct/wall including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, fitting in including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not execeeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/demolished material not exceeding 50 Mtrs from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading dry river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around the cable for cushioning including punning down as specified in relevant clause of SSR Part-I

Supply and lay cable cover for LT Cable Class LV,type 1 , flat size 250mmx150mm x 40 mm.

Supply and fixing, commissioning and testing of retrofit emission device suitable for 125 KVA/100 Kw diesel generating set , 415 Volts, 3phase, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM complete all as specified and directed. Note; DG Set testing should be as per CPCB-II Norms emission limit (g/KWH)standard as follows :-( (a) Oxides of Nitrogen + Hydrocarbon (NOx +HC ≤ 4.7) (b) Carbon Monoxide (CO ≤ 3.5) (c) Particulate Matter (PM ≤0.3) (d) Smoke Limit (Light Absorption Coefficient, m-1) ≤0.7
