Field survey and data base preparation of Different Schools & Anganwadi center (AWC) in Nadia District by using GPS enable device with network facility and for preparing future data base by engaging expertised manpower with suitable convenience arrangement for uploading data in the PHED web based enviroment including IMIS website as wel as to submit it in booklet format as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The works includes all taxes & charges what so ever). School- 3991 nos AWC- 6620 nos Total- 10611 nos

The field level survey data should contain the following informations of school & AWC-

1)Habitation/village/ Panchayet name

2) Name of School/AWC

3) Classification

4) Number of Students

5) Whether it is residential

6) Availibility of drinking water through tap connection

7) Number of tap connection

8) Tap connection provided on

9) Name of Scheme

10) If tap connection is not available, if any interim measure taken

11) Availibility of hand washing facility

12)If separate toilet are available for boys and girls

13) If running water available in toilets/urinals

14) Availibility of dry toilets

15) If rain water harvesting structure installed

16) If storage tank available

17) Capacity of storage tank (in litres)

18)Grey water management / Insitu treatment

19) Water quality tested through FTK

20) Latitude/ Longitude

21) Whether School/ AWC has own building

22) Whether School/ AWC has RCC roof

23) If Grid Power is available

24) Whether AWC is within school premises
