M&L Cement concrete in sunken portion filling in mass concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded aggregate) complete including demolition of PCC & tiles in sunken portion (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300 mmx 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for fixing wall tiles after dismantling of old wall tiles including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) for lying floor finishes after dismantling of old floor tiles incluidng cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but n exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including bedding layer of white cement based ready to use non-shrink self-curing cementous adhesive 5mm-10mm thick( as per site requirement) for lying floor finishes after roughing, hacking existing concrete surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

All as Srl No 4 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces such as skirting .

S & F 18-20mm thick Green marble work (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of existing granite over 20mm thick screed bed in cm (1:3) after dismantling of old tiles including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down & refixing 10 Ltr Capcity PVC flushing cistern after necessary repair work including connection to IWC/EWC and pvc connection after replacment of PVC Flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap 75 mm plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement and curved adqutely and after drying apply two coats of epoxy resin of Fosroc or equivalent both on floor and walls of sunken poriton and tested complete
