SH Yearly Renovation of existing Iron Removal Plant having capacity attached to the existing DTW under Mohanpur, Bamutia Lefunga R.D Block including changing of Filter Media at different Iron Removal Plant during the year 2026-27(Gr.-I)

Providing and placing rapid gravity filter sand having effective size of 0.50 mm to 1.00 mm & uniformly co-efficient or not more than 1.70 and or less than 1.0 obtained from Barakar River, West Bengal as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing filter gravel having effective size of 3.00 mm to 25 mm & uniformity co-efficient of not more than 1.70 and or less than 1.30 obtained from Barakar river, West Bengal as per specification and the direction of the Engineer - in-charge.

Providing and placing of anthracite coal 3.0 mm to 6.00 mm of SP Gr. 1.4 in IRP as per specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Charges for spreading of filter media ( sand and gravel after proper cleaning and washing ) inside the package type IRP as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. ( excluding the cost of sand and gravel ).

Providing and placing polypropylene double hexagonal nut umbrella shaped strainer at 10 mm to 10 mm to 12 mm size of best quality as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Opening the iron removal filter and removal the old filter media scrapping inside/outside cleaning properly painting inside by black bituminous paints & painting outside by synthetic enamel over coat of steel primer as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying cleaning & placing of manganese dioxide (mno2) size 20 mm to 40 mm) inside the oxidation chamber betwewn two plates intermoving existing old mno2 from the chamber and disposal within 50 m lead complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for opening & unloading of MNO2by cutting of vessel mechanically & scrapping of inside wall of vessel etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting fixing of 150 mm dia butterfly valve ISI mark short water type with required nuts and bolts. i) 150 mm dia

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves ( with cap ) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. ( the tail pieces if required will be paid separately ) as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
