Demolition above G.L. up to floor two level including stackingof serviceable materials and disosal of un-serviceable materials with in all leads & lifts in cement mortar. Un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm thickness.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtr and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering and then disposing of all the surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Construction of toe walls for protection of slopes as per drawing & techinical specifications Clause-1302.5 Nominal Mix 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size )

Providing & laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth.

Providing & laying ( to slopes and level) and jointing reinforced conc. 50mm thickness Light duty Half round pipe IS class NP-2 including jointing 600mm Half round pipe

Steel work welded in built, up saction in trusses and framed work including cutting hosting fixed in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint in :- a) In grating framed guard, bars ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing & laying spreading and compecting stone agg. Of specific sizes to water bond macadam specification i/c spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with three wheel 80-100kN static roller in stages to prppper grade and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of course agg. watering and compecting to the required density Grading-I as per Technical specification Clause405 by manual means

Providing & laying heavy Duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-30 grade i/c border or Krub block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement 1:4 (1cement:4Sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complte (sub base concrete floor to be paid forseprately) 80mm thick interlocking blocks As per IS specification Clause no 1506. End to End parking
