OUTSOURCING OF RESOURES FOR MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF WWR PUMP HOUSE, VIJAY WELL PUM HOUSE, 12END PUMP HOUSE AND 06 END PUMP HOUSE AT AIR FORCE STATION JAMNAGAR UNDER GE(AF) JAMNAGAR NO2 1. Outsourcing for manning and operation of water supply installation located at 12 End Open Well and 06 End Open Well Tehcnical area at air force station Jamnagar for continous operation (as per schedule) of various assests souch as Pumps, Motors, Chemical dozing plant, dual media filter by back washing on daily basis and water supply headers to provide water supply to various users inside technical area by providing one fitter general mechanic (FGM), with minimum 2 years of hands on experience for operation of pumping and distribution system, for shift of 8 hours with 2 shifts per day (including sunday and National holiday) shift timing 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. The contractor will be responsible for routine/preventive maintenance of equipments as mentioned above, ceaning of surrounding area of the installation and the building, valve pits, earth pits, minor repair for leakage like providing gland packing, replacement of flange gasket and maintenance of control panel pumping set/LT panel and tightening of loose connnections in panels etc. The contractor and his operator must adhered to all instructions as conveyed by JE/AGE from time to time. Nothing extra has been admissible for routine /preventive maintenance. Non compliance of instructions may leads to recovery as deemed fit as the discreation of GE(AF) No2. (Period : 15 Jun 2020 to 15 Aug 2020 = 62 days) (2 shift per day x 62 days = 124 shifts) - 124 shifts. 2. Outsourcing for manning and operation of Fire Fighting system located at WWR FIRE FIGHTING PUMP HOUSE and Vijay Well Pump House Tehcnical Area at air force station Jamnagar for operation (as per schedule) of various assests souch as centrifugal Pumps,jockey Pump, diesel engine driven pump including control valves (Hydrant and Sluice valve) by providing one fitter general mechanic (FGM), with minimum 2 years of hands on experience for operation of fire hydrants, pumping and distribution system, for shift of 8 hours with 3 shifts per day (including sunday and National holiday) shift timing 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs , 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs. The contractor will be responsible for routine/preventive maintenance of equipments as mentioned above, cleaning of surrounding area of the installation and the building, valve pits, earth pits, minor repair for leakage like providing gland packing, replacement of flange gasket and maintenance of control panel pumping set/LT panel and tightening of loose connnections in panels etc. The contractor and his operator must adhered to all instructions as conveyed by JE/AGE from time to time.
