Maintenance / Servicing work must be get it done through OEM or its authorized service provider/centre and completed through OEM rep only. 3. Safety certificate for steam pipe line should be provided by the contractor on monthly servicing and he will be responsible for any loss. 4. Contractor has to provide all type of tools required for repair/replacement of the laundry items. It shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 5. M&L for Comprehensive maintenance to RO Plant of capacity 6000 LPH including cleaning, checking of complete system for trouble free function ability and replacing/servicing for the following complaints :- (a) Pre filter need to change once in three months. (b) General service will be done once in three months. (c) Sand Media will be changed once in Twelve months (d) Carbon Media will be changed once in Twelve months. (e) Membrane cleaning will be done once in six months. (f) Feed pump will be serviced and repaired. (g) High Pressure Pump will be service and repaired if required and as directed by EIC. (h) Pressure gauges and pressure switch will be replaced if required and as directed by EIC. (j) Multiport valve will required and replaced if any fault occurs and as directed by EIC. Note:- 1.
