Valid Registration Certificate from labour Department renewed upto date with renewal certificate if any.

Valid Employees Provident Fund registration Certificate of the Agency / Service Provider

Valid E.S.I Registration Certificate of the Agency/Service provider

Bank statement of the bidder as on the date of submission of technical bid
