Demolition reinforced cement concrete in slab, beams,staircase,landings chajjas and simillar suspended work (reinforc-ment cut as required to faciliate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing, precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as speciied and as directed.

M & L for Corrosive resistance TMT 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as speciied and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old Bitumen or concrete road surfaces for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 15cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MOSRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old disturbed PCC kerb stones of any description and supply and laying of new factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) in the same or adjacent area of old location including earth work for excavation, getting out, returning, filling, ramming and removing surplus soil to distance n exc 50m and making good surface and application of two coats of yellow & black synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer on exposed stone surfaces etc complete all as per site requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of fencing post or struts (wood, steel, RCC) any section , post embedded in concrete , brick work, masonry etc , including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for excavating in post holes each n exc. 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc. 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for PVC coated Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any description of 3.2 mm dia any size or type including line wires, any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ,in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel angles , bars , flats, etc as in posts and struts in fencing, gate, arch including cutting tops to shape as supports for stiffening of fencing , wall ties, hold fasts, clamps plain angle cleats for securing purlins as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel round bars of 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required horizontally woven in chain link fenced and all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge

M & L for painting to new steel surfaces of any dedcription over 10 cm in with or girth,not otherwise describe and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete specified and as directed.

M & L for painting to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in with or girth, not otherwise describe and applying two coats of black Japan paint articles in contact with concrete or masonry.

Dismantling of brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar complete specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straright or corved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 15 but except bricks

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface in any description etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish from the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate of water proofing compound shall be paid under respective item ).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brickwork in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on concrete ceiling surfaces in CM (1:3) all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing liquid all as specified and directed..

M&L for applying a layer of wall care putty not exceeding 2mm thick on walls/ ceilings to obtain a smooth surface including surface preparation and making good any undulations on the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of aluminium composite panels (ACP) cladding of approved colour shade and pattern to be provided on exposed external surfaces of building of height upto 3 storey including necessary framing as per the site requirement including removing of old ACP/glass cladding. The panel shall consist of 3 mm thermoplastic core of antitoxic LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5 mm thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4 mm with outer surfaces finished with PVDF based coating 30 micron, inner surfaces finished with a thin coat of polyester paint. (Note :-The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete as per the site requiremnt)

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel inner girth not exc 60 cm in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring and plinth protection fair and even finish without using extra cement all as per directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc all as directed .

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut for cladding laid over 15 mm thick in CM 1:4.cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting, polishing and edge moulding complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in sub-base complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and Labour for chequerred Cement concrete tiles 30 cm X 30cm X 22mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM (1:4) set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportion and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick PCC M-35 machine pressed precast concrete glazed coloured interlocking pavor block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 using with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & for Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of capacity 500 Ltrs including necessary float valve of any dia and description all as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings heads, shoes, bends, sawn-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to store ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories).

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including necessary accessories like bends, elobws, Tee & Y joint branch pieces as per the site requirement all as directed.

All as per description of item No 41 but except pipe

Dismantling Structural steel work including doors, gates, grills but excluding framed truss etc

S&F Framed MS work as in railing, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conf to Fe-410-w or E -250 quality A... complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cleaning of surface with wire brush detecting the sources of leakages and replacement of any defective fittings/ fixtures of any types/ material Nahani trap etc. Replastering with 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 , kitchen sunk (mori) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and providing slope at Nahani Trap with good finishing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

M & L for cleaning of roof/floor tile joints of any description where leakage/seepage observed by grouting and chemical cleaning carefully washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferably of M/S Pedilite or equivalent cleaning again with fresh jet water scratching the joints and filling the same with epoxy tile grout of M/S Pedilite or its equivalent matching colour with curing clearing and handing over after testing including removal of old material all complete all as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M & L for applying two coats of elestomeric coating material covering capacity 3 Sqm per Kg in 2 coats & primer 167gm per sqm after cleaning the surface of defected wall thoroughly and sealing all cracks with acrylic sealing compound of approved make and final finish match with adjacent wall surfaces by application of painting all as per the manufacturers specifications and directions of Engr-in-Charge Make - Core coat Elasto seal of Buildcore Chemical /or equivalent approved product of PIDILITE.

M & L for integral waterproofing treatment including preparation of surfaces as required for treatment of roofs, terraces etc by laying cement mortar 1:4 admixed with liquid water proofing admixture added as per manufactures instructions in 20 mm thick layer to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. All above operations to be done in order as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridge or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs of stainless steel (304 grade) tubes (round/square), flats, solid bars of any description for railing, decorative posts, curtain rails of any description all as per the site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and replacement of stainless steel chromium plated letters or symbols of any description ( as per site requirement but size of each letter / symbol not exceeding 12 inch each ) made out from standard thick stainless steel sheet (not less than 1 mm thick ) superior quality fixed with screw on building surfaces/granite cladding at any height including lighting effect with LED strips as approved by AGE (I) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site ).
