Dismentling of existing damaged refrigerant piping of following sizes i/c replacement with soft-annealed/hard drawn copper refrigerant pipe including cutting, bending, jointing, brazing, etc as for hot and liquid refrigerant line complete as reqd. as per site requirement. a) 1 1/8"

Dismentling of existing damaged 6 mm thick cross linked polyethylene insulation for drain / copper piping with replacement of the same in order to protect it from air borne impurities complete as reqd. as per site location.

Pressure testing with nitrogen, pressure standing for at least 8 hr., vaccumzing & commissioning with appropriate refrigerant for following A C units complete as reqd. a) 4.0 TR / 5.0 TR / 5.5 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

b) 11.0 TR / 12 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit

c) 7.5 TR/8.5 TR/9.0 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit

Dismentling of faulty Power / Control cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed / XLPE armoured cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes including replacement with same size XLPE armoured cable i/c fixing, laying, making connections etc. complete as reqd as per site location. (Make: Havells/ KEI/ Polycab/SS make) a) 4 x 2.5 Sq. mm copper conductor

b) 4 x 1.5 Sq.mm copper conductor

c) 4 x 6 sq. mm copper conductor

Fabricating & installing of following tray made out with following MS slotted angle & square pipe or slotted sheet material i/c nut bolt, screw, fasteners, etc as reqd. a) 150 mm wide MS slotted tray

b) 225 mm wide MS slotted tray

Fabricating & installing MS structure work such as MS cage and platform made out of MS Angle 40mmx40mmx5mm, MS flat 35mmx5mm, MS Jali 3"x1" and MS channel 40mmx40mmx5mm suitable for existing outdoor AC units i/c cutting, welding, painting with redoxide and then enamel oil paint of approved color, providing lock & key arrangement for cages and other misc. work, etc. complete as reqd. as per site requirement.

Dismentling of damaged condensor coils of following existing AC units with replacement of same capacity coil including making proper size copper pipe connection, brazing at joints etc as reqd. a) Condenser coil for 4 TR / 5 TR / 5.5 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

b) Condenser coil for 7.5 TR / 8.5 TR / 8.75 TR / 9 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

Dismentling of damaged evaporator coils of following existing AC units with replacement of same capacity coils including making proper size copper pipe connection, brazing at joints etc as reqd. a) Evaporator coil for 7.5 TR / 8.5 TR / 8.75 TR / 9 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

b) Evaporator coil for 4 TR /5TR /5.5 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

Lifting and shifting of existing AC outdoor units (5 TR/5.5 TR/7.5 TR/8.5 TR/9.0 TR/11.0 TR)with the help of heavy labour & chain-pulley block from roof-top (fourth floor to ground floor) to the desired location i/c dismentaling the units complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 11 TR (nominal capacity) AC unit.

Dismentling of damaged drain pipes of existing AC units with replacement of same size upvc hard, medium pipe i/c Tee, Union, Socket, Elbow & adhesive/ solvent etc as reqd a) 25 mm dia heavy thickness pipe

b) 32 mm dia heavy thickness pipe

Minor civil work/ wall opening/ window cutting and making good / sealing complete as reqd

Replacement of old defective condenser fan motor

Replacement of Control scanner or indication of Reverse phase, High Voltage, etc complete as reqd

Dismentling of faulty mechanical items of ductable / package AC unit& other work complete as reqd. a) Drier for AC unit

b) 3.75 TR/5.5 TR refurbished compressor suitable for Carrier/BSL/LG/Voltas/Hitachi make 7.5 TR/9.0 TR/11.0 TR AC unit (Make-Carrier/Kirloskar/Copeland)

Dismentling of old ductable / package AC units (5 TR/5.5 TR/7.5 TR/8.5 TR/8.75 TR/9.0 TR/11.0 TR) with the help of chain-pulley block & heavy labour etc as reqd.

Dismentling of faulty Electrical/ Mechanical switchgears with replacement of same size / capacity i/c making elect. connections, thimbles, etc complete as reqd. a) 63 A TPN

b) 100 A TP MCCB of 25 KA Breaking Capacity (Make- M/s L&T/GE/Legrand/C&S/ABB)

c) 200 A MCCB

Less Credit for dismentaled material shall be property of the contractor
