Round the clock operation & maintenance of all Internal & External Electrical Installation at Old ITB (International Terminal Building), CUDCT (Common User Domestic Cargo Terminal) & old DTB (Domestic Terminal Building) as indicated under inventory list & as per provision of the particular specification & to carry out routine / preventive maintenance / attending to complaints / faults / break downs and taking rectification action as required ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the systems by engaging skilled/unskilled manpowers as per requirement including Sundays & Holidays and maintenance of records / documentation etc. as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions etc as required.

The execution of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2018 of estimated amount of Rs 3,00,000.00 Items mentioned in Chapter 1 to Chapter 17 including Appendix-I & II as when required basis for repair and maintenance of internal and External Electrical installations at different locations under NSCBI Airport, Kolkata as required. [Quoting Rs.90,000.00 in the Rate stands for 10% below the Estimated amount of Rs 1,00,000.00, Similarly Quoting Rs.1,05,000.00 in the Rate stands for 5% above the Estimated amount of Rs 1,00,000.00] (Note: Payment of DSR rate will be made after deduction of GST considered in the Rate of DSR-2018)
