BIANNUAL SERVICE CONTRACT FOR INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT (IPM) AT DAKSHINA KANNADA MILK UNION

The bidder/service provider shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of pest control services in any medium or large-scale industry, preferably in the food or dairy sector.

The bidder shall have a minimum of one (1) contract or work order executed within the last five (5) years for providing pest and rodent control services. The total value of such single work order or rate contract shall be not less than 8.00 lakhs per annum-As proof of experience, the bidder shall submit a copy of the work order or rate contract along with the completion certificate issued by the respective client or buyer, clearly indicating the successful execution of the said work.

The bidder must submit Self attested copy of following listed documents: A. Valid license to sell stock or exhibit for sale or distribution of Insecticides issued by the Govt of karnataka (Department of Agriculture).

Membership of IPCA (Indian Pest Control Association) -Copy of policy for product liability insurance undertaken by the service provider to indemnify the site to be enclosed and the value of which should be more than the estimated contract value.

The bidder must have a fully functional local office in Mangalore. The office must be staffed and operational during standard working hours to ensure timely support, immediate response, and quick resolution of issues whenever required. Proof of local office (rental agreement, utility bill, trade license, etc.) must be submitted.
