CONSTRUCTION OF CC ROADS AT ANAND MARG JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ITAUA SUKHDEVPUR BEHIND TIRUPATI DHAM AND IN FRONT OF COMMERCIAL COMPLEX SCHEME 2 RAJENDRA NAGAR BAREILLY UNDER INFRASTRUCTURE FUND

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing & laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with rollers to achieve the required density complete as per direction of E/I

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(80 mm thick cc Paver block of M-40 Grade)

Laying old cement cocrete Interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Chequerred Precast Cement Concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & coutyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to mathch the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc complete on 20 thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(a cement 4 Coarse sand) Light Shade pigment using white cement

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation-M150 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using pressure distributor @ 0.60 kg per using mechanical means.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 3.30 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transported to work site laid over a previsouly prepared surface with paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compactions.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using pressure distributor @ 0.20 kg per sqm. on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder CRMB-55 grade @ 5% of total mix and filler, transporting the Hot Mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compactions as per specification clause-508 complete in all respect.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
