Earth work excavation for foundations (Manual Means) of buildings in ordinary soils and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and depth up to 3m including all operational,incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc

Filling with carted coarse sand in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including all operational, incidental labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work

Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using 40mm size (SS5) hard,machine crushed granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M-20 Nominal Mix as per Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size (SS5) hard granite machine crushed graded metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials cement, fine aggregate (Sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and cost of all materials including centering, shuttering and scaffolding with props and steel plate as per the approved shuttering plan, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, lift charges, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and it’s fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402 & 403)

Supplying Fixing HYSD bars (Lap splicing) - Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Refilling of excavated earth in foundations and trenches, sides of foundations and basement with intial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Brick Masonary with Fly ash cement/ lime solid blocks in C.M. (1:6) prop. of size 290mm x 225mm x 140mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, scaffolding charges, lifting charges, curing and labour charges for all items of works equipment and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification referred and as per the direction of the departmental officers with required strength.

Plastering 12mm thick in single coat in CM(1:5) for even surfaces including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (screened), water etc., to site, on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work(APSS No. 901 & 903)

Colour washing two coats with Lime to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials , labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding , lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding conveyance of materials.

Supply and fixing in position M.S Ornamental Grill Gates using M.S flats, square rods, angles etc., of approved design weighing, including necessary cuttings, bending, fabrication, welding grinding, and finishing smooth including cost of making holes in RCC or Masonry works and making good the same where ever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint first grade to new iron work including one coat of red oxide paint for New Iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
