B-EXECUTION ITEMS

Excavation of trench 1.2 mtr and 0.3 mtr wide in all types of normal soils and back filling.

Excavation of the cable trench 300 mm wide at the bottom and 1.2 mtr. deep in hard soil mixed with boulders/ hard murrum including cleaning of trees, bushes and refilling of cable trench by excavated soil.

Cutting of platform with tile/rock cutting machine or manually to 30 cm depth and 12 cm wide approx. by removing slabs/tiles neatly and re-filling the trench with the excavated soil and restoring the top surface to its original condition with smooth finish.

Horizontal boring/drilling of 150mm dia Horizontal Bore below at least 1.2 mtr from the ground level across the track and road crossing at track crossing and road crossing and placing of DWC pipe.

Blowing of OFC through HDPE duct & protective work.

Transportation and laying of HDPE pipe

Splicing of OFC cable and making the splice joint in dust free environment.

Supply & installation of pre-fabricated RCC OFC jointing pits as per drawing no. RAILTEL/SR/ 8 OFC/2008/12 or latest. The jointing pits shall be completely filled with sand up to 30 cm from bottom level of the pit to prevent entry of rodents after blowing and jointing of OFC covering joint enclosure and HDPE conduits completely.

Supply and installation of 24 Port rack mountable LIU along supply of all accessories suitable for single mode fiber like adapter plates, LC connector, LC Pigtail and blank plates etc. as per instruction of Site Engineer.

Laying and fixing of PVC/ Casing Capping along with required accessories supplied above as per instruction of site Engineer.

Laying of Telecom cable in PVC pipe/ casing capping/conduit pipe along with required accessories

Installation of Info Outlet as per instruction of site Engineer.
