Sch "A" Part-I B/R work:- Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for Plain fillets of second class hard wood, sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 6 mm thick plywood, 5 Nos of ply, grade BWP, type BB fixed with nails timber frame-work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for Plain fillets of second class hard wood, sectional area not exceeding 3 Sqcm 13 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 sq. m each (without taking off shutters from the frames)complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints in 2nd Class Hardwood (KAIL) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement Concrete , 1:2:4, type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in lintel upto 1.50 m span, cills, steps, seismic and other silmilar bands, plinth courses, sring courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upt 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troghs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or camphered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 35mm thick of 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. devided in squares in plain, chamfered or rounded. mittered and rebated with sash bars and providing in windows, ventilators and stiles and rails etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 35 mm thick of 2nd class hardwood Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of 9 mm thick BWP ply commercial type or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering both faces for doors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for 30mm thick of 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. devided in squares in plain, chamfered or rounded. mittered and rebated with sash bars and providing in windows, ventilators and stiles and rails etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100mm long (ISI Marked), mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 75mm long (ISI Marked), mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 300 mm long mild steel sliding door bolts, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs 200 mm long mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surface of any descriptiony , not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair of cast iron door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sch "A' Part-II E/M work:- Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with two single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm in and including PVC casing caping ISI marked with all connected accessories including one single core multistanded PVC insulated FRLS type, 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable unsheathed as earth continuity cable including closed recessed wooden terminal boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover complete all as specified for the following:- (a) One light /fan/bell point/buzzer point exhaust fan controlled by one nos, one way 5/6 Amps switch.

All as per Srl Item No. 37.00 here-in-before but for one 3 pin 5 Amps socket with other switches on same board with cables 1.5 sq. mm size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure single door SPN distribution board, 8 way suitable for MCB's fitted with bus bar rated 200amps, neutral link , earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240 Volt, 50Hz including blanking plates where required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MCB SPN 63 Amp 240 volt AC with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution board complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MCB SP 6-32 Amp 240 volt AC with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED lights fittings 18 watt, 220 V, AC decorativeultra slim square profile linear with extruded polycarbonate, enviornment friendly box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Bulb 9 watt, 220 V, AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED Bulb 15 watt, 220 V, AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 50,692.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
