Recall-I (Upgradation procurement of heritage Assets) for Raising of Boundary wall and development of pathway at Benisagar Distt west Singhbhum

Provision for Clearing grass and vegetation, removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to 4 meter height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge.

Provision for Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames etc. with M.S. flats, angles, square or round bars etc. including cutting and welding all complete. Fixed to steel members with welding. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing Random rubble masonry with hard stone in plinth level and upto first floor level, using with cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 sand) as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in landings, steps and the like near ground level to first floor level including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing. 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand d : 4 graded stone aggregate 12mm to 20 mm nominal size ) complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision for Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-change

Provision for supplying and laying PVC pipe 50 mm dia for drain out of water (weep hole) for wall including labour & materials cost etc .complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.
