Taking down existing treatment of any description such as PCC padding, lime concrete, mud phuska etc. and any numbers of layers upto any thickness from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over 1 mm thick wall care putty to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.Note :- (i) cracks of wall plaster should be filling upto 5 bars of positive hydrostatic pressure on vertical walls without any dilution with forced coverage not more than 3.5 sqm / ltr as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) All coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI / Manual application Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint. (iii) Make should be dulux weather shield max/Nerolac Excel Everlast 12/Asian paint ultima protek / Berger weather coat long life 15 or Techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complite all as specified and directed. (iv) decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping with trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc

M&L for cleaning of walls and floor of sunken portions including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as directed. Note: (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicators only. (ii) HDPE spout pipe 32mm bore of required length shall be provided and rates for same shall be included in above quoted rate.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates, laid in alternate panel, finished surface even and fair including filling in position with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 25 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns,beams,slabs,Chajjas and the like as directed ,roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes,washed with water and allowed to dry,including dusting of steel reinforcement,providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces,applying adhesive/admixyure over steel mesh and providing ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of banas sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with apressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding,steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm wide for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars any dia in stirrups, spaces and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M20 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl cutting hole of 25mm dia for gas pipe if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) over 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for green marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including laying over 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick over and including cement screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hard drawn stainless steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to required shape or of any size as approved for cup / meals plate rack or SS cutlery bottle basket including sliding channel for cupboards etc. fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan/geyser any sweep by unscrewing the U clamp, minor repair, cleaning the ceiling fan with moist cloth with detergent powder, greasing and rehanging the same after replacing the flexible copper conductor of suitable dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & laying in renewal of 40 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.
