REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINE, DRAIN, FENCING OF ZONE-1(B), ZONE-1(C) AND ZONE- 5 UNDER GE (S) TEZPUR (2ND CALL)

BR WORKS:- Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-(a) All coping’s, corbels, cornices and other projections shall be included with the wall measurements. (b) The rates include taking down walls, etc, with plaster but the measurements will be exclusive of plaster thickness. (c) Honeycomb brickwork and hollow concrete blocks shall be measured solid. (d) Item shall be applied to brickwork and stone masonry other than in roofs and pavings/floors).

Demolition of Cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises. all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling expanded metal(n exc 4 kg), any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm internal dia of drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-The masurements shall be taken along the centre line of pipe and fittings. Excavation work shall be measured separately).

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or dia or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories).

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, sewage pipe line etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material(Soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken bricks as in loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Cement concreteType C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed aggregate) in foundations,filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded crushed aggregate) in cover slab of manhole/soak pit etc. setting in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-Quantity and application of WPC shall be followed as per manufacturere's instuctions).

Material and labour for Cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6(20mm graded crushed aggregate)in surface channels and drains concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and directed.(Note :-Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm shall be measured and paid to the contractor).

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash/concrete bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash/concrete bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in Cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

S & F for posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-410 or Fe-310 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- (a) Posts and struts (of wood, concrete, steel, etc.) and straining bolts shall be measured separately. (b) The rates for 'add if fixed in repairs' include for dismantled wire to be neatly coiled on rough drums, (to be supplied by Department ) before fixing).

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-The unit rate is for fixing only of chain link fencing. Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at 'Supplied only' rates).

Supplied only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long ,11 to 15mm diameter of neck complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-Length of ordinary bolts shall be measured from the underside of the head to the end of shank; length of double ended bolts and lewis bolts shall be measured overall.).

Supplied and fixed Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-The rates include for fixing and for bracing, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it).

Material and labour for Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of Cement plaster(1:4) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of Cement plaster(1:6) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles not less than 30cm x 30cm x 20 to 22mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with Grey Cement and pigment over screed bed or bedding layer of Cement plaster(1:4) 10 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for 75mm thick Cement concrete type C-2,1:3:6 (40mm graded crushed aggregate)in plinth protection ,foot path etc. including providing and filling with bituminous filler material at the interval of 1.2m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed aggregate)in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors ,pavings etc. including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) with WPC complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of (Apex) weather coat over two coats of damp shield primer by approved applicator complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, as in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan of "Orissa" pattern long pan, size 580 mm x 440mm, white, with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet and foot rest, any pattern (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syponage pipe etc., complete including making good to floor all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, as in repair, 10 ltrs capacity PVC valve less syphonic action type, low level flushing cistern, white, with inlet, ball valve float and handle including brackets including 32mm flush pipes to squatt pattern closet including all joints and making good to the floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 100mm Internal dia of pipe all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete bed of 1:3:6 type C-2 to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-(a) The rates for concrete beds to drain pipes cater for the following widths and thickness. (i) Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes: 10cm for pipes 150mm dia .(ii) Width of bed: Outer diameter of drain pipes (not of sockets/collars) plus 30 cm. (b) If thicker beds or surrounds are ordered, the thickness of concrete shall be measured as ‘concrete in foundations’.(c) The rates include for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls. (d) Excavation, refilling, etc., of trenches shall be measured separately).

M & L for 150mm Internal diameter of salt glazed stoneware drain pipes of grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-(a) The rates include for laying pipes level or to falls in trenches, on concrete bed or directly on hard grounds as indicated and making joints and testing as specified. Excavation and earthwork shall be measured separately. (b) The measurements shall be net as fixed between the fittings without any allowances for cutting and waste. Fittings such as bends, junctions, etc. shall be enumerated afterwards and measured separately. Rates include all necessary extra joints, waste and cutting).

Cleaning of 25 Users septic tank, including pumping out the water from septic tank, scraping out sludge, organic materilas and removing solid & semi solid sludge to a distance exc. 50 Metre, but not ex`c 100 mtrs from the starting point and filling into shallows pits n. exc 1.5 Mtrs deep and returning, filling in, and levelling earth and spreading bleaching power around tank all as specified and directed including necessary earth work.

Cleaning of 50 Users septic tank, including pumping out the water from septic tank, scraping out sludge, organic materilas and removing solid & semi solid sludge to a distance exc. 50 Metre, but not ex`c 100 mtrs from the starting point and filling into shallows pits n. exc 1.5 Mtrs deep and returning, filling in, and levelling earth and spreading bleaching power around tank all as specified and directed including necessary earth work.

Cleaning of 100 Users septic tank, including pumping out the water from septic tank, scraping out sludge, organic materilas and removing solid & semi solid sludge to a distance exc. 50 Metre, but not ex`c 100 mtrs from the starting point and filling into shallows pits n. exc 1.5 Mtrs deep and returning, filling in, and levelling earth and spreading bleaching power around tank all as specified and directed including necessary earth work.

Opening and cleaning of soak well of 100 users by pumping out foul/dirty water into shallows pits n. exc 1.5 Mtrs deep and returning, filling in, and levelling earth including closing the soak well after cleaning with water spreading bleaching power complete all as directed.

Opening and cleaning of soak well of 50 users by pumping out foul/dirty water into shallows pits n. exc 1.5 Mtrs deep and returning, filling in, and levelling earth including closing the soak well after cleaning with water spreading bleaching power complete all as directed.

Cleaning of blocked /socked manholes inclding removal of sludge/ dirt etc to a place nexc 50mm incl removing and refixing existing man hole cover slab without damage and any depth of manholes etc complete all as directed.

Cleaning of sewage pipe line of 100 mm to 200mm dia ,by rodding and removing complete dirt / silt / sand etc in any dia complete all as directed.

Cleaning of nahani/floor/gully trap upto first manhole and removal of sludge/dirt/sand etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- One Safaiwala with helper will daily report at 0900 Hours to the complaint cell/sub div in the proper uniform & with necessary T&P such as green bamboo strip, iron rods, buckets, rope, ladder,safety mask etc for the execution of the complaints received from the users.Unit rate inclisive of uniform and T&P as mentioned.No extra cost shall be entertained in this regard).
