Preventive maintenance and check up of Dehumidifier Installed at FATS Garuda, capacity of 4850/5000 CFM including complete accessories and controls, and the entire system to be checked and servicing by OEM or their authorised service agency for every month interval throughout CA duration and incase of any breakdown occurs at any time, the tenderer shall be attend the complaint and made serviceable with in time including minor spares such as fuses, wires, nut, bolts etc. for above mentioned all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Preventive maintenance and Monthly routine checkup of the VRF unit of capacity 78 HP having 05 outdoor units, 8 Ceiling Suspended AHU'S indoor units installed at Diving school on monthly basis including all kind of replacement of spare parts. Make: LG Note: contractor shall be responsible for replacement of false ceiling, if damage occurred while servicing of Ceiling suspended units.

Material and Labour for monthly Servicing of VRF system, indoor units -05 Nos ,Each cassette type having capacity of 5 HP at Diving school Briefing room ,clean with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place , check the drainage water tank and cleaned ,replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Monthly services of outdoor unit of VRF system make Blue star with capacity 12 HP at ASR complex, completely by disconnecting/ covering all electric/electronic boards and wiring and servicing condenser coils and compressor, reservoir areas completely wet servicing by using approved chemicals by OEM manufacturer and re-assembling setting all parameters by using software’s by an OEM engineer testing all included and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for monthly Servicing of VRF system, indoor units - 02 nos of cassette type of having capacity 12 HP, Make Blue star at ASR complex, clean with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place, check the drainage water tank and cleaned, replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Monthly services of outdoor unit- 02 nos of VRF system make Voltas with capacity 24 HP at Command Ref Library bldg, completely by disconnecting/ covering all electric/electronic boards and wiring and servicing condenser coils and compressor, reservoir areas completely wet servicing by using approved chemicals by OEM manufacturer and re assembling setting all parameters by using software’s by an OEM engineer testing all included and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for monthly Servicing of VRF system, indoor units - 05 Nos of cassette type of having capacity of 24 HP at Command Ref Library bldg, clean with mild Air blower in the coil side and remove the inside fine filter, cleaned with Soap solution after cleaning process fix in proper place , check the drainage water tank and cleaned ,replace the communication cables and sensor if found defective complete all as specified and directed. Notes for item No 12 to 17: 1.The contractor shall ensure visit of OEM manufacturer Engineer monthly once and report/ serviceability of Outdoor units and same shall be submitted to this Office. The charges for all OEM procedures are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The reports of OEM Engineer shall be produced before submitting RARs. 2. AC mechanic must be experienced in VRF Plants and capable for carrying out any type of maintenance or attending breakdown in above mentioned plants. 3. In case of any breakdown the additional man power if required will be arranged by the contractor without any price adjustment.

Supply and replacement of catch all core as suitable in existing pipe line of VRF suction/discharge line all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of VRF AC of 12 HP capacity all as specified and directed. Make: Recommended by OEM blue star/Voltas

Taking down unserviceable Digital compressor unit of VRF AC of 6 HP/5.5TR capacity and replace with new compressor unit in the existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit with and including initial charging of gas and oil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. All As per item No. 20 but capacity of outdoor unit 10 to 16 HP all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make: As recommended by OEM (LG)

Taking down unserviceable fixed compressor unit of VRF ACs of 6 HP/5.5TR capacity and replace with new compressor unit in exchange of the existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit with and including initial charging of gas and oil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Supply and fixing Power PCB For VRF indoor capacity of 10 to 16 HP suitable for existing LG make out door units complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Condenser coil, for Outdoor units of VRF Unit up to capacity 12 HP including leak testing by using nitrogen all as per OEM recommendation and directed.

Supply and fix Main PCB for four way cassette/CSU units indoor units of VRF Unit up to 16 HP including testing all as directed

Supply and fix Drain Pump for four way cassette/CSU units indoor units of VRF Unit up to 16 HP including testing all as directed
