Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work removing to surplus material including taking down membrane, brick tiles etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of concrete roof/ fascia, fins surfaces etc. and the like in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L mild steel work as in trusses, purlins, rafter etc made out of MS pipe, flat, angle or hollow square section conforming to IS-1161 – 1979 grade St-240 fix with necessary bolt embeded in RCC complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer on new steel surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa and 150 AZ as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed. Make Pre-star, Tata bluescope. Note :- Sheet shall be fixed by manufacturer only.

M & L 15mm thick rendering on brick work surfaces mixed with water proofing compound (liquid) as per manufacture instruction, finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement in CM 1:4 including taking down cement plaster on bricks or concrete surface of any description including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing dwon with water complete all as specified & directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L two coats of weather proof emulsion paint Apex in newly plastered surface over a coat of primer including preparing the surface with 2mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preperation of old painted plastered surfaces of any description including scraping, brushing, brooming down and repair surface with wall putty and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint (Apex) any tint / shade over a coat of primer of asian paint or other equivelent as approved complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair rotational moulded PVC water storage tank cylinderical, verticle with closed top hoisted and fixed in position tank capacity 500 Ltr with and including PTMT float valve 20 mm dia, tank nipple for inlet and outlet & making connection for inlet and outlet complete all as specified & directed.

S& F in repairs steel tubes medium grade in any size or length galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floor , bore of pipe 15 mm dia incl taking down of old pipe and making hole in RCC slabs for vertical pipes and making good complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No- 12 above but 20 mm bore pipe

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in channel /drain including demolition of cement concrete as in ground floor and paving n exc 15Cm below or above ground floor complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finishes drain or channels 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/Stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed.

Removing demolished/ unservicable material/ spoil exc 500 m and n. exc 1000 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16-18mm thick granite stone slab in steps, jambs, pillars, jamb pillars, window-cills, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture og pigment to match with shade of granite 20mm thick including rounding of edges as in smooth and bull nose finish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450x7 mm thick on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colosured cement to match the shade of tile including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 finish surface rough to recieve tile and Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including bedding (but not backing) rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post construction Anti Termite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 liters per linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg per sqm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/ sub floor, finish the top surfaces even and rough to receive tile etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick as in floor/ treads of steps laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6), set & jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for joint Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sq m but not exceeding 0.38 sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 finish surface rough to recieve tile and dismantling floor hearth wall tile complete and cement to match complete all as specified & directed.
