Fuel tank: The fuel tank capacity of DG sets are as follows: 35 kVA DG set - 90 ltr The fuel tank are integrated with accoustic enclosure complete with fuel piping provision for filling the diesel electric fuel gauge. Battery Required number of suitable rated fully charged battery with leads and terminals as required as per manufactures requirements. Operation manual service manual list of spares etc. shall be submitted while the DG set is supplied. Standard control pannel integral with the accoustic enclosure comprasing the following. 35 kVA DG set has circuit breaker of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protection. Power start control is microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system. Digital type meter with accuracy class 0.5 to read parameters such as KWH, wattage,current, frequency etc. LED type phase indication type Fuse protection shall be provided for the meters and indication lamps Exhaust piping Cost of DG set shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties , conveyance charges and unloading at site as follows:

PART- 2 INSTALLATION AND ELECTRIFICATION

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq. m on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surpulous excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Dry rubble without concrete levelling course maisontry with good quality blasted rubble including paking to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyence of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers at site.

Random rubble masontry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 course sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 course sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 course sand : 8 grade stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting etc. removal of form for lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - all work upto plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightning cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level thermo - mechanically treated bars of grade iron Fe-500e or more

Supply and clamping the following sizes of B class G. I. pipe on wall with all required accessories and clamps etc. including cutting and making good the wall painting the exposed portion etc. as exhaust pipe

Installation of DG sets on the existing concrete basement , initial filling of oil, trial run etc. as follows:

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 M long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip at 0.5 M below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut bolt , spring washer etc.as required . ( Joining shall be done bu overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt and spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing testing joint made of two number strip as mentioned below of the following sizes provided on either side of the conducters with 4 nos of G.I. bolts, nuts, check nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required ( down conductors)

Supply and providing 25 x 6 mm copper strips as earth bus.

Supply and drawing bare earthing conductors of the following size conductoe along with wiring / cable and giving connection as required.

Supplying , threading , laying and joining of following sizes of B class G.I. pipe with all required accessories in ground in the existing trench as protective covering to earth leads.

Fabrication of fully partitioned, dustin vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly of the 2 DG sets as per form 4 of IS 8623 ( with latest amendments ) using 1.60 mm CRCA sheet as per aprooved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq.mm braided copper conductor , providing necessary cut outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamp, bus bar, interconnection etc. detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley , powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc. as required. CRCA sheet along be used for the fabrication . Angles/ flats / slotted angles etc. shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurements should be taken the area complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding, etc. including control wiring ( excluding the base frame).

Supply and providing following sizes of SMC sheets in the panel of the DG set as barriers and shrouding using required bolts and nuts including cutting to shape as required.

Supply and fixing following types of beeding along the periphery of doors other detachable compartments to make the panel assembly of the DG set dust and vermin proof including sticking with glue

U section rubber beeding suitable for 1.6/2 mm sheet

Supply, fabrication , conveyance and installation of base frame of panel board of the DG set using 75 x 40 mm rolled steel channel ( ISMC)

Fabrication supply coveyance & installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board of the DG set using suitable size angle iron cut and welded to shape including painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chromate primer bolting the frame to the panel using required bolts and nuts fixing the hole to the wall making good the damages etc. as required.

Supply and providing copper bus bars including finger type SMC bus bar support in the bus chamber of the DG set, suitable size nut and bolt, providing heat shrink sleeves etc. as required

Supply and providing copper earth bus in the panel board of the DG set.

S & F 3 phase multi function meters to read V,A ,F accuracy class 0.5

Providing and fixing following capacity disconnected unit inside the existing panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections etc. as required

Supply and fixing the following accessories in the existing meter board and giving connection etc.

Supply and installation of switch gear units in sheet steel enclosure complete with handle assembly, door inter lock and pad locking arrangements of the following ratings on existing angle iron frame work or directly to all using necessary bolts and nuts , fixing the unit to wall, making good the damages colour washing etc. including giving necesary connection as required.

Supplying ,laying and jointing of the following sizes of the double wall corrugated (DWC) PIPES MADE OUT OF HDPE confirming to is14930 Part II for mechanical protection to under ground power cables with all required accessories in ground in the existing trench.

Supply & laying of 1 number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ STONE WARE / GI / DWC PIPE as required. .

Supply , laying & clamping of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable of 1.1 KV grade of the following size using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60 cm, making good damages , colour washing etc. as required.

4 core 50 sq mm with factory made clamp

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminiu m conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and providing earth clamps for siemens / tropodur type cable glands of suitable and other dimensions noted along with each size of glands for the following sizes of cables as required.
