Supply, laying, jointing & testing for centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe of 250 mm bore with socket & spigot ends including specials having ISI stamping marking with IS No, classification "K-9" in standard length of 5.50/6.0 mtrs with cement mortar lining complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing for centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron (DI) pressure pipe of 150 mm bore with socket & spigot ends including specials having ISI stamping marking with IS No, classification "K-9" in standard length of 5.50/6.0 mtrs with cement mortar lining complete all as specified & directed.

Rentring filling in trenches including watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting pointall as specified.

Supplying, fixing and testing of CI/DI pipe fittings (specials) for spigot socketed/flanged pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing/ decreasing or double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), collars, caps and plugs, for pipe upto 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , istallation and testing of open well horizental type submersible pump set of 35 HP, 3 Phase , 415 volts , capacity 300000 litres per hour at 10 mtr head, in epoxy coated steel body, aluminium alloy stator casing , SS rotor shaft and SS impeller with strainer assembly with MS zinc plated strainer box including providing electric connections including connecting with discharge water mains including all fixing arrengement ,civil work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of solid Masonary valve chamber of size 900 X 900 X 900 mm (Internal dimenssions) with PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick 150 mm wide off sets alround over 100 mm thick hard core, 200 mm thick PCC solid block walls built in CM 1:6, 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 coping finished even and smooth, rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth, without using extra cement internally including top of floor including excavation earth work in hard/Dense soil, including 3 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm thick angle iron frame with hold fasts embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement, mild steel handle and painting to steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m etc complete all as specified and directed.
