Dismantling and taking out unserviceable sluice valve 80mm to 150 mm bore from its position by unscrewing of nuts and bolts, check and rectified the defect like, up and down of gate, tightly operated of spindle etc complete and reinstalled at the same position as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cost of spare parts if any required shall be included in the quoted rate.

Demolition of brick or laterite stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar, including all quioins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete article and removing rubbish out side MD landall as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3 here in before but except bricks all as directed. Note : Serviceable bricks obtained from item No 2 shall be reused.

Dismantling old unserviceable MS plain sheet any thickness and M&L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet 1.60mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates, MS frame work and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including fixed to wood or steel framing with rivets or by means of electric gas welding complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel framed work of any description and S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-410-w, Gde E-250 including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of valve chamber 900x900x600mm with PCC (1:4:8), type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, brick wall with sub class ‘B’ old size brick, built in cement mortar (1:4), plastering with cement mortar 10mm thick inside and outside 3mm thick MS sheet cover framed with angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick and locking arrangement, painting to steel surfaces with two coats of anti-corrosive paint over one coat of red-oxide zinc chrome primer including necessary excavation and earth work, including demolition of existing damaged valve chambers and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of any description by removing existing painting /rust by scrapping and rubbing including minor patch work and applying spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel painting of original colour as existing all as directed including writing the MES No and SM No on the centrifugal motors upto 15 HP complete.

Taking out old unserviceable pipe of any bore after disconnecting from motor, M&L for HDPE water tubing, 80mm bore of pressure rating 6Kgf/sqcm with all fittings required such as flange, clamp, nuts and bolts, etc inside open well all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable flange any type and M&L GI flanges 80mm bore one side threaded type including rubber gasket, clamp, nuts and bolts, etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Chlorine test kit including all testing accessories consists of coloured amples with all testing fitments and OT solution complete packed in rexene finish wooden box and removing the old chlorine test kit located at Main pump house, MH pump house and INP pump house complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable aviation light fittings from top of RCC over head tank, S&F integral LED aviation light luminaires 48W comprising of aluminium housing with poly carbonate enclosure with and including LED lamp of Bajaj or CG/Philips complete all as directed.

M&L manufacturers reconditioned compressor’s against deliveries of old sealed unit cut, open/uncut repairable compressor including cost of rubber bushes, sleeves, washers, nuts and bolts, terminal covers, clips, etc. including depositing the unserviceable compressor to the manufacturer all as specified for Split type AC 1.5/2 ton capacity all as directed.
