SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I (B/R WORK )

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including reinforcement required to facilitate demolition upto and including fourth story and on the roof top/mumty/parapet and removal of debris and rubbish out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground floors and paving n.exe 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish out side complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC/ PVC water tanks exc 250 liters and n.exc 500 liters capacity of any condition or type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Cast Iron pipe/PVC pipe up to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Cast Iron pipe/ RCC drain pipe/PVC pipe up to 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removal of old tiles from premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor of WC and bath not exc 300mm deep and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle with compressed air or any other suitable method depending on site conditions, grinding any sharp edges etc complete all as specified and directed. (b) Cleaning or RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc.(c) M&L for a glass fiber reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fiber reinforcement and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or MC Bauchemie India Pvt Ltd.(d) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with as specified.(e) M&L for providing 25mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150mm beyond outer face of wall.(f) M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed.(g) The area of Each WC portion is n.exc 2.00 Sqm each.(h) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.Note : The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers/applicator.

M&L for cutting chases on brick or concrete surface for concealed water tubing or girth n.exc 10cm including making good of disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) and removal of rubbish out of defence land complete all as specified and directed.(Note : All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the disturbed surfaces. The rate quoted be the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates.)

Demolition of Mud Phuska in roofs,any thickness including plastering and leeping of any thickness upto 30cm deep complete all as specified and directed.(Note: All roots of plant on either on wall or roof to be removed and making good the disturbed surfaces. The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be included in the unit rates including removal of mud phuska outside defence land.)

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames not exc. 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, terrazzo dado in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish, vegetation etc outside complex (MOD land) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm thick coarse aggregate) as in cills, steps, parapets,, copings, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, railings etc, but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc completed size of frame 165x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets including PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in frame complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fitting lugs, hinges, lock strike plates etc completed size of frame 105x60mm made out of 1.25mm MS sheets including PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in frame complete all as specified & directed.

S&F factory made steel shutter shall be made out of angle iron 35x35x5mm and 3 nos 25x25x3mm as cross support in frame of door and covered with 1.00mm thick MS sheet, running welding with frame, with locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters using second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats

S&F 30mm thick Flush shutters "factory made", solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for built in steel cup board with pressed steel frame of size 75mmx45mmx1.25 mm th with pressed steel shutter 1mm th Godrej pattern fixed to masonry wall by hold fast made out of 25x3 mm flat iron including ms hanging rod of 10 mm dia with bracket fixed on inner side of one leaf of shutter and on other leaf provision of ms peg set of 3 pegs including spray including locking arrangement painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by using spray machine over one coat of red oxide primer all around on steel surface of frame & shutter and making good disturbed portion in cm 1:3 or pcc 1:2:4 complete all as specified.

S&F factory made gauged shutter shall be made out of angle iron 35x35x5mm (outer frame) and 25x25x5mm (middle rail 2 nos, 150 mm apart from each other) and 1.0mm thick steel sheet covering on middle rail, 10mm Square bars @ 100mm C/C fixed vertical as grill complete with stainless steel fly proof wire mesh having 0.63mm nominal dia wire and 1.4mm average with aperture, with locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide as shown on drawing all specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm long (size) butt hinges, stainless steel AISI 304 grade with brass/bronze hinge pin, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75 mm long (size) butt hinges, stainless steel AISI 304 grade with brass/bronze hinge pin, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work using kiln burnt sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radis built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 100mm dia pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L frame work as in door chowkhat with angle iron welded together ends of angle shouldered and fixed to opening and welding 3 Nos mild steel butt hinges, and 6 nos hold fasts made out of FI 25x3 mm 30 cm long for fixing of chowkhat( Butt hinges paid separately) complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete or plastered surfaces of roof and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed evenly by a tack coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.6 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per Sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.20 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions over, complete all as specified & directed. (Note:-Removal of existing membrane laid on roofs deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stop rounded or chamfered on edge etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F 25mm MS steel curtain rod covered with PVC coating with fancy type bracket and end caps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls by scrapping down with mechanical grinder on old walls as per the specification of manufacturers instructions of paints/OBD complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surface or old treated surface of wall by applying 2mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper using roller for painting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting of bushes small trees (Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas , wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finishes with and incl material and labour in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 /Brick work in CM 1:4 as required at site and as directed.

M& L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegrate) as in Chullah hood chajja and kitchen or CB shelves etc set in cement mortar 1:6.including all neccesary formwork & finishing exposed concrete surface all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC heavy duty waste pipes of 32mm bore suitable for wash hand basins/sinks/flushing cistern complete all as specified & directed

Labour and T&P for horizontal boring of hole passing through pavement/road/hardstanding by manual or mechanical means suitable for 50mm bore complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20 mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing of medium grade with and incl all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed

S&F Bib taps, cast copper alloy chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule fixed to 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valves for 20mm nominal bore(Class-1) with iron wheel head ,srewed both ends for iron pipe ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling and tapping GI water mains 50mm bore (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 20mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F straight plain brass ferrules (or connecting screws) screwed both ends and fixed to water mains for tapping branch connection of 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 970329.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
