Dismantling and taking down U/S point wiring of any type (light, fan, socket, power) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, lamp holder, light fitting etc including CI/Pressed steel terminals, switch box, and making good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc, to match with the existing surfaces of wall/floor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- If the contractor fail to make good the disturbed surface of wall/floor etc and do not match with the existing surface of wall/floor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge a recovery @ of Rs. 50/- per RM will be made from payment due to the Contractor. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing ceiling roses, Light fittings, switch , sockets, regulators for reuse at site and carrying to the store to re-fix the serviceable materials complete all as specified & directed. Note :-To be measured only when found serviceable in all respect for reuse.

Note:- (i) Cost of cutting chases of suitable girth where required on brick / concrete surface and making good disturbed surface shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.
