Note: 1) Tenderers must visit site before submission of tender. 2) The work should be done satisfying all safety aspects and insurance coverage of all workers to be involved in this job, Contractor should quote rates accordingly. 3) Debris generated from this work shall be disposed off by the contractor outside Anushakti abasan by mechanical / manual transport within Bidhan Nagar Municipality area without any extra cost to the department. Contractor should quote rates accordingly. 4) Rate shall be inclusive of all costs, taxes & duties including GST. No extra payment will be made over the quoted rate. 5) Contractor has to be very careful so that no nuisance is created or users are not disturbed during execution of the work. Labours engaged should be well behaved / good mannered. 6) Contractor has to commence the work war readiness within 4 to 6 hours after receiving information over phone or verbal intimation. Contractor should quote rates accordingly

Dismantling & Demolishing damaged cement plaster (approx thickness 20mm)/ brick work / plain cement concrete, flooring / dado/ including, stacking of serviceable materials, by chiseling at all level and location including scaffolding, disposal of unserviceable materials outside VECC office campus etc all complete as per specification and as directed.

Providing materials, labours, tools tackles for Supplying, fitting and fixing cast iron spun pipe conforming to I.S. 1536/1976 with all necessary specials including cutting trenches in any soil or through masonry, concrete etc., if necessary, and mending good all damages including jointing pipes with Tyton / lead caulked joints as per manufacturer's specifications and filling up the trenches including dismantling of old damaged pipe all complete but excluding the cost of masonry or concrete work, if required.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete in the grade as per following sub-items at all level, location, lead and lift conforming to IS 456-2000 using graded stone aggregate 20mm maximum size including machine mixing, conveying, placing, mechanical consolidation, finishing, dewatering if necessary curing, scaffolding etc. complete as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) Reinforced Cement Concrete in the grade 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 Sand: 3 Stone aggregate)

Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying steel bars of various diameters as required at site conforming to IS 1786-1985 (Latest) of work of all floors and locations including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire, etc including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor & shall not be measured for payment)

a) Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL or other approved equivalent Indian make only.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:4 at all level using well burnt bricks of class 7.5 & above as per IS 1077:1992; 250mm thick, correct line, level, plumb, scaffolding (if any), curing, racking out joint, pointing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Spindle nut valve and seat faces of hard wear resisting, manufactured from best quality gunmetal conforming to I.S. 780/71, painted black all over with asphalt base paint tested to 21 kg (hydraulic pressure) per sq. cm., valve opening to anticlockwise direction, fitted and fixed complete.

Supplying, fitting and fixing CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) pipes of approved make conforming to IS-15778: 2007. with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbow, nipple, long screw, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including dismantling and depositing of old damaged pipes if required, cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing materials in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials.) No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
