SDF Repair of GPS Nichla Lot Tehsil Sadar District Mandi (H.P)(SH- P/L Flooring and roofing) Deposit work

Providing 0.63 mm (zero point sixty three millimetre) thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m² (two hundred seventy five gram per squaremetre) corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm (eight millimetre) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.63mm (zero point six three millimetre) thick prepainted sheet ridges or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) over all in plain with galvanized iron GI sheet fixed J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm (eight millimetre) diametre GI limpet and bitumen washers complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the directions and satisfactions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles size of 600x600 mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per square metre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per square metre) including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
