DEMOLITION

CEMENT: Cement make: Use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.

SOLID BLOCK MASONRY: Min. average compressive strength as per IS shall be 40-50kg/cm2 and has to be assessed by testing at Govt. lab. ( Variation in rate due to change in size of block and level of floor as per DSR/PRICE has to be considered)

ACRYLIC SMOOTH EXTERIOR PAINT/ SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT/WHITE CEMENT BASED PUTTY/ CEMENT PRIMER: Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolas or eq. in the order of pref.

DELUXE MULTI SURFACE PAINT SYSTEM: Make: JOTUN, Asian, Berger, Nerolas or eq. in the order of pref.
