Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and exc. 1.50 Metre but not exc. 3.00 Metre in depth, for Foundation of Poles/ Stays, etc. and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

S & F Sub-Class ‘B’ Brick, well burnt, laid breadthwise along the length of Cable laid in trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as Lean Concrete in Foundation of Poles, Stay Assembly, etc., including Form-work (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Formwork (as/if required) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. and finishing the Concrete surfaces Fair and Even including necessary Formwork required at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-22 (8.5 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Red oxide Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earthwork, Cement Concrete, etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

Supply and laying and testing LT UG Cable XLPE insulated screened , PVC bedded, Galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty 1100 Volts Grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ surface of Wall/in GI Pipe along with Pole for connection to OH Lines etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Bricks, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items. Make :- Polycab/ havells/Gloster

S & F Galvanised Iron Pipe light grade of size 32 mm dia as in protection of UG Cable laid in trenches of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of Mild Steel Clamp, Nuts, Bolts and painting is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

S & F LED street light made up off pressure die cast aluminium housing wth toughened glass and high power LEDs as a light source and electronic driver of capacity 60 watts and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection . 10 KV SPD is also included for protection of driver and LEDs .Lumen efficacy of light fitting shall be >=110 LM/W with necessary mounting arrangements and provision of 2.5 sq mm three core multi stranded conductor cable from fitting to over head line or junction box including taking down old unserviceable light fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make :- Crompton Greaves Cat part No. TRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG or equivallent make of havells/ Bajaj

M & L street light fittings bracket made out from GI pipe 32 mm bore, light grade 1.00 meter long bent to required shape and fixing to poles walls etc including supply and fixing of MS clamp nuts, bolts as required duly painted with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out old one. (Note : The cost of painting shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item)

Taking down street /security light fitting of any wattage or size or description for repair or replacement from electric pole of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Junction Box for Street Lights of size 205x255x112 mm made out of Polycarbonate material totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, rain protected slanted roof top, door pasted with rubber gasket, water tight IP 66/67 protection and suitable size of "connectwell" stud teriminal (provision for socket bolting)- 04 Nos suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire internal wiring system including MCB SP 06 amps- 01 No and mounted on security light pole with suitable bracket nuts, bolts including removal of exiting unsv all as specified and directed.make:- Hansel Catpart No. DK2525 G or equivallent make of tapari. Note :- Cable glands shall be fixed in inlet and out let of junction box and rate of MCB SP is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron 4 mm dia GI wire as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel drawn through 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia light grade for watering PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to panel board / Gen Set as indicated including testing complete.

S&F three phase street light panel digital 24 hours type with load 6KW, contractor rating 32 Amps three pole and having TPN 40 amps MCB including fixing on pole with help of clamp, nut and bolt, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
