Note : Reinforcement & form work will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid ,bedded & pointed in any mortar in floor,walls etc ., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0..38 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 mm x 250 mm x7mm thick / 450 mm x 350 mm x7mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring & mass concrete etc mixed with integral water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) or @ 3% by weight of cement)conforming to IS: 2645 complete all as specified & directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe-500, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation, base of column ,rafts,footings, plinth beams, and plinth beam and similar work for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides wall ,retaining wall ,basement walls, ballast walls and the like similar work , for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding,buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ,type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of brick or stone masonry etc including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc & removal of rubbish out off from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for chimney bars (straight or camber); bearing bars; tongues or water bars for window frames; window guard bars, plain, let in and fixed independently in wooden frames, L or T section supports for shelves etc. and similar articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Raising only, spoil from excavations, etc. (where not otherwise provided for) every additional 1.5 m or part thereof beyond the first 1.5 m when the spoil is to be deposited at a level exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Vetrified Ceramic tiles (light shade ) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars including segregation of serviceable bricks for reuse & removal of rubbish out off MOD land etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Brick work with sub class "B" bricks old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying plain cement concrete (1:2:4),type B-2( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for supporting of CI/DI/GI pipes 0.60 RM below ground level and upto 5 RM above the ground level with smooth finishing without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of 100mm dia class K-9 Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends(for push on joints), centrifugally cast, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest version) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint in outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint)with standard length , laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ. (ii) Rubber gasket joint ( push on joints) for spigot and socket ends will be included in unit rate quoted by bidders, not any claim entertained on this matter at later stage.(iii) DI specials where required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

"Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Rubber gasket joint (push on joints) for Ductile iron (DI) pipe including and fittings for 100 mm bore, including clauking the spun yarn, complete all as specified and as direced.

M & L for Rubber gasket joint (push on joints) for Ductile iron (DI) pipe including and fittings for 200 mm bore, including clauking the spun yarn, complete all as specified and as direced.

M & L for Ductile Iron specials suitable for Ductile Iron pipe class K-9 upto 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.
