Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm size around two pole/ four pole structure in 15 cm thickness after cleaning area by removing existing wild grass,vegetation,creepers, small plants / bushes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting and removing grass, vegetation, creepers, small plants / bushes etc clamping up towards the poles and stays etc including cleaning bottom surface area of pole & stay not less than 1m x 1m by surface dressing of earth outside and inside substations, perimeter fencing around pump house area, and in drains surrounding area from site complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of MCCB any size/ capacity with MCCB, 4 pole, 125 Amps, 25 KA, 415V, adjustable microprocessor release & suitable thimbles/ extended terminal with nuts, bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/ alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB in existing panel all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of MCCB any size/ capacity with MCCB, 4 pole, 160 Amps, 25 KA, 415V, adjustable microprocessor release & suitable thimbles/ extended terminal with nuts, bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/ alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB in existing panel all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Renewal of MCCB any size/ capacity with MCCB, 4 pole, 200 Amps, 35/36 KA, 415V, adjustable microprocessor release & suitable thimbles/ extended terminal with nuts, bolts and washers etc including minor required additional/ alternation for fixing and connecting up of MCCB in existing panel all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Repair, maintenance & complete servicing of Mechanical Laundry Machine installed at MH Palampur complete including replacement of unserviceable parts ie. heating coils, dampner springs, drying tumbler, fan belts, thermostat switch, relay capacitor, over load protector, starting knob etc, rewiring if required checking of electrical circuit including oiling, greasing of motor etc for smooth functioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L required for inspection, maintenance and servicing of DG sets of following capacities including alternator, electric panel board connection to DG set for routine check (B-Check) of DG set for smooth functioning and carrying out maintenance complete all as directed and specified. Note: (i) B-Check once in six month OR 250 Hrs running of DG set whichever is earlier. (ii) B- Check of all DG sets once shall be paid as one Job (iii) All major spare parts as required and described here-in--after shall be measured and paid separately as supply only and replace only with existing make and minor are included in this item. Note: (i) Repeat the activities of A check replacement of lubricating oil. (ii) Replacing lubricant oil filter element with 'O' ring. (iii) Replacing fuel filter element. (iv) Replacing coolant. (v) Replacing Governor oil. (vi) Coolant, Lubricant oil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (vii) Contractor shall employ skilled labour (FGM) for the above repairs and one company engineer/ technician for over all repairs (viii) Replacing water separator (ix) Cleaning of Radiator with chemicals (x) Replacement of by pass filter. Repair and servicing self starter of DG set (any capacity of DG set) by replacement of burn field coil replacement of armature and carbon bush holder and carbon bush point and solenoid coil and other repairs to make functional complete ass as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the radiator and fan from the engine for cleaning of copper/ aluminium tubes and cooling find by using descaling solution (MAC solution) and soldering, patch work if required for stop leakage including repair of water pump assembly and replacement of defective parts of water pump and re-assembliying, testing complete 250 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
