REPAIR/ MAINT OF HT OH LINE, HT CABLES, VCBS, RMU AND RATIONALISATION OF HT SYSTEM, HT 33/ 11KV PROTECTION SYSTEM/ DEHYDRATION TRANSFORMER OIL AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER CLEMENT TOWN DEHRADUN.

Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the transformer from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to approved nearby workshop, for carrying out maintenance of transformer all as specified in IS -10028 (part III) - 1981 following by Opening of transformer cover, draining out oil, de-tanking core and coil assembly,cleaning, washing of dust and dirt etc from all parts including core and tank, cooling tubes of radiators, re-assembling of core and winding after carring out necessary repair and replacement of defective items including providing all necessary insulation material of appropriate class including varnishing drying out in vacuum chamber till specified IR values are achieved, complete insulation varnishing to be done and providing new gasket, nuts , bolts, and checking of leakages if any,rectifying the same by welding, checking of tap change if found faulty, repair / replace the same etc, replacement of silica gel and reassembling of complete transformer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge , including testing as per relevant IS and transporting back the transformer after repair/maintenance to the site , install it, reconnect all the incoming and out going cables by properly using insulation tape and testing complete of following capacities :-

(a) 400 to 630 KVA 11000/433 Volt Distribution transformer

(b) 63 to 315 KVA 11000/433 Volt Distribution transformer

(c ) 1.5 to 3.15 MVA 33000/11000 Power Transformers

Note :- (i) Cost of items required to be replaced will be measured and paid seperately as under relievent items of this job. The labour charge for replacing the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (ii) The cost of painting inside & outside of transformer also deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (As per IS -10028 (part III) - 1981.) (iii) The standby transformer will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost for continuous power supply, while carrying out repair of transformer. (iv) Any other items which is required to be provided for smooth functioning of transformer but not specified above shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost . The cost of the same are deemed to be included in the rates quoted. (v) The inventries of all defective items to be replaced/repaired will be prepaired jointly by Engr-in Charge and contractor at the time of inspection of defective trasformer after opening at the firm's workshop. The inventries will be signed by both Engr-in Charge and contractor before starting of repair work. (vi) The transformer will be get repair from approved manufacturer /workshop having licence for the same, The firm shall be got approval from GE.

Supply only following items complete all as specified and directed :-

HV coil suitable for 11 KV distribution transformer complete alongwith insulation varnishing by vacuum impregnating (if required as per sample) and backing of coil assembly.

LV coil suitable for 11/0.415 KV complete alongwith insulation varnishing by vacuum impregnating (if required as per sample) and backing of coil assembly.

Insulating transformer oil confirming to IS 335 1993 for replacing in power/distribution transformer with dielctric strength not less than 60KV.

Silica gel breather assembly with fresh silica gel for 400 KVA to 630 KVA transformer.

Silica gel breather assembly with fresh silica gel for 100 KVA to 315 KVA transformer.

HT bushing with stud, seal etc for 400 to 630 KVA transformer.

HT bushing with stud, seal etc for 100 KVA to 315 KVA transformer.

M&L for Filteration/ dehydration and cleaning of transformer oil off line by dehydration plant including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration, dielctric strength should not less than 55 KV at 2.5 mm gap after dehydration/filtration all as specified and directed. Note:- For running of filtration plant the arrangement of electric supply / DG set should be made by contractor and the cost of same deemed to be include in quoted rate.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 250mm thick, in any tupe of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized strip 32x6 mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc complete and setting aside within 50m for further disposal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat and one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anti climbing devices, spikes type, fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. Clamps, bolts and nuts for following size complete all as specified and directed :-

For HT 25cm x 20cm size.

S&F in repair galvanised iron earth wire 4.0mm dia size and streaching on over head lines as earth continuity conductor including binding at ends with aluminium/ steel binding wire at the places where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for road cutting for laying of pipe/ cable exceeding 500 Sqcm but not exc 1000 Sqcm in cross sectional area and making good with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggragate complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- (i)Cost of all the material , components, repairs, elements as per above as well as other elements (except supply only of the components considerd under items herein after to the extent required and operated ) to make the VCB,s/RMUs/SF6 CB complete functional shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the contractor. (ii)Individual Breaker SF6/VCB/OCB/RMUs consider as one unit and above job is to be carried out unitwise.Above job will be carried out by licenced technician as aproved by GE. (iii) Any accident/mishapenning occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibity of Contractor. (iv) All necessary tools & plants required for carried out above job will be provided by contractor and the cost of the same are deemed to be included in queoted rate. (v) Inventry of defective parts to be replaced by contractor will be prepared by joint inspection with contractor.

M&L for calibration IDMT miscroprocessor based numeric relay (Three nos overcurent and one no earth fault relay) fixed in 11 KV/33 KV HT panel by primary and secondary injection method and setting the relay tripping timing in advance to match the outgoing load on the incoming and out going feeders complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i)Individual Breaker SF6/VCB/RMUs consider as one unit and above job is to be carried out unitwise.Above job wii be carried out by licenced technician as aproved by GE. (ii) Any accident/mishapenning occurred during the execution of work shall be responsibity of Contractor. (iii) All necessary tools & plants required to carriy out above job will be provided by contractor and the cost of the same deemed to be included in queoted rate.

S&F in repairs including installation, commissioning and testing of microprocessor based numeric feeder protection relay (over current three nos and earth fault one no) with low set, high set testing type for 33/ 11 KV HT panel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Silica Gel crystal complete in breather assembly of any type and any capacity transformers complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair including installation, commissioning and testing of winding temperature indicator meter range 0-120 0 C for 3.15 MVA 33/ 11 KV power transformer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair including installation, commissioning and testing of oil temperature indicator meter range 0-120 0 C for 3.15 MVA 33/ 11 KV power transforme complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for installation of 3D Acrylic letter board of various sizes consisting of following specification :- (i) Frame work for glow sign board to be made with MS square pipe of size 25x25x2.6mm cut to required size incl welding, drilling holes, bending etc and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete for required size complete. (ii) ACP Sheet of 0.8 mm thickness cut to required size and fixed by screwing, drilling holes, bending etc from all sides of the board except front. (iii) Acrylic sheet milky white colour 3.0mm thickness cut to required size and fixed in front. (iv) Matter for writing, Colour, type and size of font will be approved by GE. (v) Creating 3D Acrylic letters from the design approved by GE, using a laser cutting machine followed by extrading in 3D using a metthod called skirting. (vi) LED modules fitted in the hollow space beneath the 3D letters or logo of signboard with necessary electric fittings and connection from existing pole / DB complete. (vii) MS square pipe for support 100x100x5mm shall be used for support of board and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Note:- (i) Grouting the support pipe in Brickwork/RCC pillars using (1:3:6) PCC shall be considered in quoted rate for this item. (ii) The support MS Square pipe to be fixed in ground/pillar all as per specified and as directed. (iii) Sintex junction box fixed with 1 MCB SP of capacity 06 to 10 Amp for ON/OFF control of glow sign board and cable for making connection from existing pole / DB / Busbar to Junction box deemed to be included in the rates quoted.
