Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roof , floor (other than ground floor), beams, stair case, landing, chajja and other similar suspended work and including reinforcement cut on required to facilitate demolition and removing rubbish material outside the MD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggt as in slab supported on walls, beams, columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete . Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safty measures.

M&L for HYSD TMT bars 10 dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purposes

Use and waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work horizontal or sloping for achieving fair finished surfaces of flat concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Use and waste Formwork to edges of rough finished surface of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n.exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and simillar work exc. 10cm but n. exc 20 cm wide complete

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L PCC solid building blocks 10 Cm thick type B1 1:2:4 set in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complate all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 9.00 here-in-above, but except stone complate all as specified and directed.

Extra over squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular course in CM 1:3, complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down carefully cement conc /spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections, cilinigs ,sunsheds, beams, etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scafolding etc , complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safty measures.

M&L for cleaning the existing reinf of slabs , chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 to remove the loose rust particles etc & throughly cleaning the surface, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1 part cement to 1.5 -2 parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @5 Kg per 50 kg of cement & applying to the conc surfaces @ 200 gm/sqm to obtain tack, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 15 -20 mm thick rendering in CM (1:1:2) using1 part of cement 1 part 2-3 mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & rough to receive final rendering coat, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 & finishing the surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply & fixing MS hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length, bent to shape & fixed in reinforcement to slabs cut n. exc. 400 Kg/Sqm fixed with nails etc on underside of RCC slabs etc complete all as directed at site.(for slab portion), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 10-15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfaces with cement mixed with SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @ 100 gm /50kg of cement & finishing the surface even & smooth, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F GI chicken wire mesh of 0.71 mm dia wire & 12 mm mesh size fixed with nails & screws around RCC chajjas/fascias etc., complete all as specified & as directed.

Exposing existing RCC members such as columns, slabs, lintels, beams, etc. up to the main reinforcement carefully by means of Chisel & hammer, hard wire brushes or any other mechanical means, so as to remove all loose concrete and cleaning the surface to remove all dust particles, etc. and make the surface ready for chemical treatment in bone dry condition, complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measures.

M&L for providing and jacketing the distresssed concrete elements in patches using single component, shrinkage controlled, polymer modified cementitious micro concrete such as Rendrock Laxtra of Fosroc make that achieves a compressive strength of 35 Mpa in 3 days (BS 1881), Flexural strength 09 MPa at 28 days as per BS 6319 Pt-3, Tensile Strenght 3.5 MPa in 28 days as per BS 6319 Pt-7 "Form & Pour" method inclusive of Manpower, Material and Euipment., complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of providing necessary formwork all as specified and directed

M&L for 30 mm thick guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC/PCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at all heights from existing ground floor and all locations with cement and mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust and applying one coat of rust convertor/kp-100 equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position 25mmx25mmx12 gauge dia wire MS welded mesh or smaller size over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc,loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust over treated surface ready to receive grouts including 5mm to 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match existing surfaces and finished even and smooth including curing for 10 days etc, complete operation all as directed including labour charges hire for all tools and plant machineries cost of consumables, scaffolding all types of protective equipments, plant floors, pipelines, vessels, materials etc. so as to do guniting in plant, removing the debris out of MOD land in low lying areas and leveling as directed, incl two coat of white wash over one coat of primer complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall be thoroughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry. To this surface apply chemistic polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacture’s instructions. (ii) When polymix coating is in tackey condition guniting is done with polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instruction. Polycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorized dealer. (iii) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L 50 thick PCC (1:2:4)Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for plinth protection and other wk all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing water proofing Treatment including PCC padding etc and cleaning roof surface etc preparing the surface to receive plaster /PCC by brushing with wire brush and fanning the surface to remove all loose dirt etc.,

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type BO using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as over roof for making good depression/undulation to make the existing as filling in depression of roof slab for receiving treatment of roof, complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for roof treatment in the following stages :- (a) first Course : M&L for 10 mm thick plaster with CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturee instructions (b) Second Course : One coat of bitumen primer T-10/polymerised confirming to IS 3384 @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm (c) Third Course : One coat of Bininding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (d) Fourth Course : A layer of APP membrane polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each, thickness 2 mm having weigh 3.00Kg/Sqm (e) Fifth Course : A coat of bonding materail using blown type bitumn conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (f) Sixth Course :40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 padding, well compacted using 20 mm graded aggreegatel with groovs shall not be exceeding 1.40 Sqm and grooved shall be filled with bitumen mastic (Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting of old serviceable PVC tank (exceeding 500 ltr cap) setting aside (or lowering if required) including repair cleaning etc and hoisted in same location including reconnection and refixing for proper functioning of over head tank complete all as directed.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (Three layrs) (cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part -I capacity 500 ltrs capacity including tank led cover complete with fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 1000 Ltrs capacity coloured rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, (Three layrs) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I-1991, complete.

S & F in PVC water tank lid cover 500 ltrs/1000 ltrs fixed with screw ,G I wire with sutable arrangement as per direction of Engr in Charge .

Supply and fixing of 20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed minimum weight for 20 mm to 210gms.

S & F in repair 20mm dia Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
