AUGMENTATION OF ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE IN SMQ AREA (PH-IV) AT AF STN JAMNAGAR

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of Outdoor type , 04 way RMU (Ring Main Unit) 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21kA-3 Sec, IP 54 SF6 insulated, consisting of Two Nos (02) Motorised Load break switch (Incomer) and Two Nos (02) Motoraised vacuum circuit breaker (Outgoing) & Metering Panel Bus PT (Configuration CCVV+M) inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite non Magnetic Grade) tank having min thickness 2.5 +/- 0.5mm with IP 67 degree of protection and enhanced BIL of 75 kVp internally to manager voltage surges and Air Insulated Metering Module of Class-0.5. RMU should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions & complete with all accessories. The complete RMU must be type tested for Internal arc 21KA for 1 sec with AFLR Classification for Gas tank & Cable Chamber as per IEC 62271-200. HT RMU shall preferably have on-site-repairability features such as site replaceable bushing/ coupling/ mechanism and gas refilling to have very less downtime in the event of bushing breakage and restoration can be done at site immediately without sending the RMU to OEM Works, the Vaccum Interrupter must RMU manufacturer's own make. The earthing busbar shall be provided inside each cable compartment for solid earthing of cable shields. The outer hinged main door should cover entire front of switchgear including cable doors for providing fail-safe protection complete all as specified and as directed. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting as required at site :- (a) Load Break Switch consist of following accessories :- (i) SafePlus type C: Cable switch 12kV, 630A (ii )Snap action mechanism for Motorised operation, Control Voltage: 24V DC. (iii) Integrated earth switch making fault type manual operation (ES) (iv) Right angle boot to be provided in each module (v) Right angle boot to be provided in each module. (v) Fault passage indication system EF+SC Make: C&S (for LHS LBS only). (vi) Cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector. vii) Interlocked Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 120 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable (IP3X). Safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live-condition. (viii) Earth switch shall have full making capacity.

(ix) Necessay interclocking arrangement for safety and operations. (x) Cable bushings interface C (400 bolted), 630 A, site replaceable Cable size up to: 300Sqmm 3Cx1R. (xi) Capacitive Voltage Indicator. (B) Vacuum Circuit Breaker consist of following accessories :- (i) Stored energy mech. for Motorized Operation, 24V DC , Integrated manually operated disconnector switch (DS) and earth switch fault making type (ES). (ii) Self-Powered OC+EF Relay with RS485 communication ,Make Ashida ADR241S/C&S V2 300. (iii) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type system with LED for all feeder. (iv) Operating sequence of VCB must be O-0.3Sec-CO-3 Mins-CO amd suitable for 2,000 mechanical operation. (v) CT shall be minimum 50-100/1A ,2.5VA , 5P10 - 3 nos. for protection (vi) CT shall be minimum 50-100/1A ,2.5VA , Class 0.5 - 3 nos. for metering (vii) Right angle boot to be provided in each module (viii) Interlocked Cable box for front termination of the cable suitable upto 3 core 120 Sqmm, 11 KV XLPE cable (IP3X). Safety interlocked to prevent access to cable termination in live-condition. (ix) Cable covers with self Interlocking mechanism between doors, earth switch, disconnector & VCB. (x) Necessay interclocking arrangement for safety and operations. (xi) Multifunction meter, (xii) Cable bushings interface C (400 bolted), 630 A, site replaceable Cable size up to: 300Sqmm 3Cx1R (C) BUS PT Metering Module Unit :- (i) Indication lamps – “R”, “Y” & “B. (ii) Bus PT shall be 11KV/V3/110V/V3 ,20VA , Class 0.5 - 3 nos. for metering. (iii)Space Heater with thermostat. (iv) Auxiliary PT shall be 11KV/230 ,500VA for AC supply input to Battary Charger. D) Additional equipment :- (i) temprature compansated SF-6 gas monitoring manometer. (ii) One No. Operationg Handle for Motoraised Operation. (iii) 2 x12 Volts, 26 AH Battary with Charger - 1 Set. Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards.

Above switchgear shall confirm to all relevant IEC/IS Standards.

M & L for providing platform for RMU shall be of size as per OEM drawing but 0.6m high from GL including excavation in trenches not less than 1 mtr, PCC 1:5:10 type E2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in coping, plaster 10mm thick in cm 1:6 on brick and top surface PCC 1:4:8 type B1 sub base 75mm thick and as in floor PCC 1:2:4 type B1 100mm thick, finished surface even & smooth using extra cement, returning filling and removal on surplus soil, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The nuts & bolts shall be grouted in PCC as per manufacturer's instructions and as shown in drawing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M & L for shifting, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 way RMU and connected items from Billet Sub Station to SNCOs Mess Sub Stn complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary T & P shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Taking out HT underground cable from trenches / pole etc, aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates includes taking out old cable, cable cover, sorting of serviciable items etc.

Supply, laying and testing cable HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy-duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core (E), laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed Note : - (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Supply and fix end termination cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type, complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The jointing material like long sleeve for transformer connection and other connected items like cable gland, gaskit etc will inclusive in quoted rate.

Supply, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing cable LT XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor suitable for earth system of 300 sqmm 3.5 core cross sectional size ISI marked as per IS 7098 part I laid in trenches/ laid under floors/ laid under ducts or fixed on poles etc & including taking down old u/s existing LT UG cable & cover complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing and rates includes taking out old cable, cable cover, sorting of serviciable items etc., nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.
