Following Works are to be Carried out on 220KV Transmission Lines under E.T.D.-II, Bareilly w.e.f. 01.03.2021 to 30.06.2021, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications & Direction of the Supervising Engineer :

Periodic (Bi-Monthly / Quarterly) Routine Tower to Tower Patrolling from one end to other end of Following Transmission Lines and Submission of Patrolling Report in Triplicate in Prescribed Proforma Mentioning the Stolen / Missing Tower Parts & Tower Accessories; Trees Falling in the Range of Line Corridor; Damage to Earthwire, Conductor, Jumper, Insulator & other Line Accessories; damage to Foundation, Coping, Chimney, Earthing etc. w.e.f. 01.03.2021 to 30.06.2021, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions :

220KV Bareilly (400) - Dohna Ckt. I (3.29 Km on S.C. Towers + 4.56 Km on one side of D.C. Towers (Line Length 7.85 Km; 7.85 Km × 1 Quarter = 7.85 Km)

220KV Bareilly (400) - Dohna Ckt. II (1.70 Km on one side of D.C. Towers + 1.98 Km on one side of other D.C. Towers + 6.26 Km on one side of another D.C. Towers) (Line Length 9.94 Km; 9.94 Km × 1 Quarter = 9.94 Km)

220KV Roza - Dohna Line on one side of D.C. Towers (Line Length 108.065 Km; 108.065 Km × 2 Bi-Month = 216.13 Km)

220KV Roza - C.B. Ganj Line (Part Section) (101.805 Km on one side of D.C. Towers from Roza + 1.98 Km on one side of other D.C. Towers upto LILO Tower for 400KV S/S Bareilly) (Line Length 103.785 Km; 103.785 Km × 2 Bi-Month = 207.57 Km)

220KV D.C. Bareilly (400) - Pilibhit Line (Line Length 39.408 Km; 39.408 Km × 1 Quarter = 39.408 Km)

Emergency Patrolling of the above Transmission Lines in the event of Tripping / Break Down of the Line (to Commence within 2 hrs. of Intimation for the same, if Tripping / Breakdown in Day Time and by 07:00 A.M., if Tripping / Breakdown in Night Hours) as per Instructions of Supervising Engineer w.e.f. 01.03.2021 to 30.06.2021, as per Details given below :

Emergency Patrolling of Line upto 20 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

Emergency Patrolling of Line more than 20 Km to 50 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

Emergency Patrolling of Line more than 50 Km Distance (1 Job for each Emergency Patrolling).

Periodic Lopping & Chopping of Branches of different types of Trees like Mango, Neem, Sheesham, Peepal, Semal, Eucalyptus, Popular etc., Falling in the Range of Corridor of the above Transmission Lines to Provide the Minimum Clearance of about 8 Meter between the Tree & Conductors on both side of the Towers / Conductors of above said Transmission Line with all due Care of Safety & Precautions to Avoid any Damage to nearby Buildings, Power & Telephone Lines Passing nearby, Crops, other nearby Trees etc. The Work also includes Removing, Eliminating & Cleaning the Line Sites after Lopping & Chopping of the Trees w.e.f. 01.03.2021 to 30.06.2021. (380 No. Trees x 1 Times = 380 No. Trees)
